Does the President have the Constitutional authority to order the murder of the leader of a foreign country?

Is it not true that a man is presumed to be innocent until he has been proven guilty. Shouldn't everyone accused of a crime have their day in court?

Was Saddam Hussein, Osama Bin Laden and Miramar Gaddafi found guilty of crimes against humanity in a court of law or were they simply assassinated?
