We Didn't Invent Slavery

For thousands of years slavery was considered to be a legitimate practice. This institution was planted in the Western Hemsphere thousands of years before the first Africans arrived in America.

In the Old Testament Abraham, Isaac and Jacob all owned slaves and the Egyptian Pharoahs benefitted from slave labor.

Long before Columbus arrived in the New Wrold  the Incas, Aztecs, Iroquois and Comanchee had slaves and so did the.Cherokeea and the Seminoles.

The white Christians in the New World practiced slavery for hundreds years before it was eventually declared unconstitutional in 1865.

The Christian Pastors in the 17th and 18th centuries taught their congregations that white people were God's chosen people and that they were superior to all black and brown people. 

The vast majority of the peopleliving in the united States  believed in the superiority of the white race and even Abraham Lincoln, "The Great Emancippator", believed in white supremacy,

Civilzation began around 10,000 years ago when  the Stone Age practice of hunting and gathering ended and humans began to cultivate the land and create permanent settlements.

Every since the dawn of civilization slavery has been present in practically every community.
