Impeach the Supreme Court Justices

When the democrats lose control of the House of Representatives in the mid-term election the four Supreme Court Justices who violated their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution should be impeached.

The states granted to the national government a short list of delegated powers and reserved all powers not enumerated to themselves.  Five Justices honored their oath and four did not. John Roberts, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan all refused to honor their oath.

After the senate finds them guilty of treason they should be indicted for treason and prosecuted accordingly..

Uneleced, unaccountable partican politicians swear their inofficial allegiance to their politcal party and interpret the Comstitution to mean what they want it to say rahet than the original intent of the men who wrote it.
