New 14th Amenment

All children born to lawful residents of the Unired States shall become eligible to apply for Citizenship on their 18th birthday.

The House of Representatives shall consist of one representarive for every 50,000 lawful residents over the age of 18 there are currwntly 258 million lawful adult inhabitants in the Unuted States and the House of Representatives should consist of 5,160 Congressonal  districts  each representing 50,000 residents,

Ecery 10 years a census will be taken to determine the number of equally apportioned districts in each of the states.

Only lawful residents shall be counted for the purpose of apportionment.  

Each Congressional District shall have one Presidential Elector to be chosen by the state legislatures to represent each Congressional District. 

Each state legislature shall nominate a potential candidate for President and Vice President The votes will be tabulated and the top three candidates nominated will be chosen to run for the Presidency.
