When the 13 British Colonies declared their independence in 1776 it was revolutionary. The colonists claimed it was a natural right and the King and the Parliament disagreed.

In the Declaration of Independence the signers of the  document asserted the right of the states to alter or abolish their government whenever they deemed it necessary. Secession was the only lawful and peaceful way to dissolve the union.

In order to save the Union President Lincoln had to violate the Constitution.

The colonists had a right to declare their independence, but had win a war make it happen,

When the Constitution was written that any power not granted to the national government that was not specifically prohibited to the states was reserved to the states and the people.

The Constitution did not prohibit secession and reserved that power to the states. The Constitution clearly gave the states the right to secede and President Lincoln waged an unconstitutional war of aggression to prevent the secession of the southern states.

According to the Constitution the institution of slavery was legal and that the only lawful way to abolish slavery was to amend the Constitution.

Lincoln's War of Aggression was fought to strip the states of their sovereignty and to and the people of their God-given rights.

The Civil War turned our republic upside down and turned the rights of the people into privileges.

To abolish slavery lawfully it would have taken the ratification of a Constitutional Amendment. Two thirds of the members of the House and Senate would have been needed vote for the amendment and three-fourths of the states would have required for its ratification.

Getting two-thirds of senators and members of the House to support an amendment to abolish slavery was not possible and even if they had,  there was no way that requisite number of states would have ratified such an amendment.

The only way Lincoln could save the Union was to suspend the Constitution and sacrifice the lives of over 600,000 Americans.

Slavery was already on it's way out. England had abolished slavery before the beginning of the Northern aggression.  The push in these Untied States had made major strides. Most in the north were already against slavery and with the soon to be common, cotton gin, slavery would have been abolished with out the loss of so many people. Lincoln did more to destroy our Constitution than any other president, followed by FDR, who was likely enabled due to Lincoln.

Keith the battle is just beginning and it will be viral as the new pandemic is on its way... Plans for immediate medical martial law are being drawn upl...  New vaccinations have just been introduced in fact 3 days after the new variant started to spread from South Africa. I told you once of Q no one responded and as a Patriot Cell member my Jobb is to get to those who want to live to become knowdgeable with others and establish their own COS&I You had it right the first time for only people coming together in maximum strength can even stand a chance for even  many of our controllers have taken the vaccination .Many will die as in Revelation and those left will have to become stronger in their beliefs in God. this is the first warning.

I have seen little evidence of the spread.  As you likely know this "NEW varient is all an attempt to keep mail in ballots in play for the next two elections.  The news a of this new variant comes right on the heals of the reports that Africa has no vaccines, no mask requirements , few if any COVID cases and NO Deaths from the CCP virus.  Like Florida and South Dakota , proof that government interference DOES NOT WORK.

For further information please find and read this book.  The Author has included many many foot notes that are a years worth of reading.  Funny thing, every thing you were taught about Lincoln is a lie. Whoda thought that history writers would stretch the truth?
