The Constitution for the united States was written in 1787 to govern the government of the 13 states. The Constitution of the UNITED STATES was written in 1871 to govern the territory known as the District of Columbia.

The original Constitution was written to prevent the government from violating the God given rights of the people. The second Constitution was written to control the residents of Washington D.C. and all persons subject to its jurisdiction.

Only residents of Washington D.C. government employees and persons subject to the jurisdiction of the corporation known as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. All people living outside of the District of Columbia.

The original Constitution was written to protect the rights of the people, while the 1871 Constitution seeks to control the people in order to benefit the bankers, lawyers and politicians who masquerade as representatives of the people.

The term persons, resident and citizen refers to those individuals who are subject to the jurisdiction of a federally chartered corporation. If you are one of the people you have God given rights, but if you are a person you only have privileges granted to you by the government.

Your Congressman does not represent you, he or she represents, the Wall Street bankers, lawyers and politicians.

The original Constitution in Article 1 Section 8 Clause 17 prohibited the government of the united States to have jurisdiction outside of the District of Columbia. The government's jurisdiction was not to exceed ten miles square.
