Frederic Bastiat's Blueprint for a Just Society

When individuals want power they form mobs, gangs, unions or political parties to get what they want for themselves at the expense of others. These individuals seek to use their collective power to use the law to redistribute wealth into their pockets.

Greedy individuals have discovered that it is easier to harvest the fruits of another man's labor than it is to plant the seeds and labor in the field  before  reaping the benefits.

Ben Franklin observed that corrupt men have two characteristic in common. The first is greed and the second is the lust for power.  Read "The Dangers of a Salaried Bureaucracy".

A just society is founded on the principles of Natural Law, while the legislation of men seek to benefit the rulers at the expense of the people at large.

Political parties are simply nothing more than tools used by the Wall Street bankers and corporations to control the people and generate profit by loaning the government money to pay for  the  cost of doing business.

Choosing to be member of one over another is like choosing to affiliate with the Gambino or the Bonanno crime family.

When you align yourself with a political party you give your consent and become seek to benefit at the expense of others. As long as the  financial elite control politics we will be slaves on government plantation.

If, We the people don't control the political parties, they will  control us and redistribute our wealth into their pockets

Please Support the Constitution

I have spent the last six years managing this website and have post thousands of articles and videos. I have donated  over 5,000 hours to provide the members of the Constitution Club with valuable content. I am operating on a very short shoe string and am in need of some financial assistance from members of the Constitution Club.

I think democracy is a totally destructive way to attempt to run any organization.  It seems a grief to me that people use the term democracy for any reason in talking about our Government.  I wish we could stop using the term.

Lewis Bishop

The USA IS NOT a democracy, it is a Constitutional Representative Republic but the political ruling class no longer represents We the People.  The elephant and donkey wings of the New World Order Socialist Party seek to rule over us in autocratic fashion.

So very true.  The demonkrat party is totally corrupt, evil, and tyrannical with the republikrat party racing to catch up.  Neither cares one bit for We the People, our liberty, nor the future of what was established as a Constitutional Republic.  Both parties seek control over We the People and are merely willing to give a minority role to the other.  Both fear and hate President Trump because he wants to restore the nation to what our founders established.  Trump isn't one of them, he is one of US!!!!!!!!!!

Right, Bob. Both Parties mostly seek Power, Glory, and Money.  The massive, approximately 50/50 divisiveness in the USA is about which party will be in the White House.  Please read Article II and Amendment XII of the Constitution.  You will see that "we the people " are NOT to vote on who will be President & Vice President.  Then I would like to talk with you about how a non-plebiscite, real-Electoral College process of "chusing" the President would automatically, vastly change the flavor, character, and tenor of our Presidential Campaigns.  I'm finding no persons who wish to consider this.  Let me hear back from you if you have the time and interest.  Lewis in Gilmer, TX

I agree that we have legal plunder in huge amounts.  What I don't understand is why people resist talking about whether we could run the Federal and/or State Governments without Political Parties.  The Constitution is written and ratified with words that don't presume that we will have political parties.  People should ask and discuss whether following the wording of the Constitution strictly would have great benefits.  One benefit should be weak or non-existent political parties.

Political parties make it possible for the financial elite to control the government which and regulate our lives and bury us with perpetual debt.

Online Professor, I see your reply saying the Political Parties lead to a burial in perpetual public debt.  Are you agreeing with me that we need to greatly reduce Political Party power?  Lewis Bishop

The  financial elite hire politicians to spend money we don't have on things we don't need and can't afford. More debt means greater profits to the international bankers.Political Parties make it possible for the international bankers to enslave humanity.

Prof, I asked whether you agree with me that we need to greatly reduce Political PARTY power, and it seems you agree, so I will assume so.  Therefore, shall we look at how the power and glory seeking politicians would slant their campaign rhetoric if they had to campaign TO the Electors as required in the Constitution instead of TO all of the citizens?  Wild promises, crazy victim-mentality, and racist claims are used to get the plebes fired up and registered and out to vote.  This is worth considering.  Lewis   It takes me seven minutes to read the parts of the Constitution that clearly indicate that "we" are not to vote for who will be President.

Political Parties have divided the people into to rival factions that that use their collective power ti seek political and financial advantages over their opponents. This is how the financial elite divide and conquer the people.

Okay, Professor.!  We agree Political Parties are the vehicles that divide the people.  Now, my supposition is that the ORIGINAL  ELECTORAL  COLLEGE, which is still in force, but isn't followed, would end the power of the "Two-Party-System" to divide us.  How can you and I discuss the possibility that following it is a good idea.  I think I need to develop a PowerPoint Review to show what I'm thinking, because other folks I talk to or write to don't read Article II and Amendment XII and become interested in what those words meant originally and how they would hold down Party Power to a livable level.
