Dies a woman have a right to choose? The answer is a resounding yes but there are some limitations. A woman has a right to choose to do whatever she wants as long as her decision does not cause harm to another human being.
A woman does not have a right to lie, cheat or steal and she does not have a right to terminate the life of her husband or the life of her unborn baby. A baby is not a wart of a tumor that she can have surgically removed. The unborn baby is a future human being that has the same right to life as its mother or father.
Powers not delegated to Congress are prohibited and abortion is an issue that was not mentioned in the Constitution and is therefore reserved to the states. Congress has no lawful authority to pass laws legalizing or criminalizing abortion. It is an issue reserved to the states.
The final arbiter of what is and what is not Constitutional is a decision to be made by the state legislators.

When a woman chooses to have sex with a man, and a child is conceived from that choice, her "right to choose" now includes the man's right to choose. She didn't get pregnant by herself. Moral responsibilities begin and the man is part of that picture. Murdering a child is NOT a right. It is child sacrifice to the god of pleasure... and we think we are civilized???
I agree. I often wonder why it is ONLY the woman who gets to make that decision. In some cases I guess it's possible he may not give a hoot. In some cases he well may and it his child too. I think I've even heard of some cases where a married woman opts for abortion w/o any discussion with the father. Now that's way beyond reason. Frankly, our culture has gotten so beyond reason at this point perhaps it actually fits to some. Aren't they now trying to put a womb inside a man???? Can't you just decide what gender you are on a day to day basis? It's so screwed up as to be unrecognizable.
My right to throw a punch stops where your face begins. A woman's right to choose "no children", as an option, stops where a new life begins. That life does not have to be fully independent to have rights.
Anyone who is fully dependent on someone else or even a machine to live and breathe could then be said to fall into that category. Do we have the right to end that life?
If so, then it's time to say goodbye to all severe ALS patients.
under God's law ,NO, you do not have that right
The only Truth of man's laws, is that of the Law of the Slippery Slope.
From contraception to irresponsible sex, to rampant divorce for any reason—to abortion at 3 months, to late term, to birth, to after birth, to selling of parts—to euthenasia—to homosexual marriage, LGBT, to LGBTQ, etc., to trannies in libraries, to censoring of Christians who use their mouths to speak up, to businesses being threatened, to younger and younger ones being perverted completely, to the largest ever child sex trafficking and slavery probably that the world has ever seen.
The Law of Nature and Nature's God. God is the Truth, the Way, the Life. All other roads lead to death and destruction. Look at the numbers of people who believe they have the rights to kill, steal and destroy........... .
First they conflated republic with democracy, then they conflated divorce with freedom, then they conflated speech with burning/kneeling, then they conflated protest with beating, then they conflated choice with murder, then they conflated marriage with sodomy, etc., then they sexualized young girls, then grooming gangs, pedophilia and sexual slavery returned, all from a country that once believed in
God, country, family
Amen......the time is now and always has been to obey God's Law, not those of the tyrannical and controlling man's so called government.
