 There are 53 Congressional Districts in California with an average size of 702,000 people. Rhode Island has two Congressional Districts with an average of 526,000.constituents.If California was equally represented by one representative for every 526,000, California would be entitled to 17 additional Congressional Representatives.

There are an average of 176,000 people in each of the 53 districts are not counted for the purpose of Congressional apportionment.A total of over 9 million Californians are not even being counted. If California and Rhode Island were equally represented California would have 70 Representatives instead of just 53

Texas has a population of 25,145.561 and has 36 Congressional District with an average size of 698.488.

Rhode Island has 2 Congressional Districts with an average population of 526,000.

If Texas and Rhode Island were equally represented by one representative for every 526,000 Texas would be entitled to 11 more Congressional Representatives. In the 2010 Census there were 6,208,568 Texans were not counted for the purpose of apportionment in the House of Representatives. 

In 2010 the population of Florida was 18,801,131 and had 27 Congressional Representatives with districts averaging 696,338. If Florida and Rhode Island were equally apportioned, Florida would have 11 more representatives.

New York has 27 representatives and Congressional Districts with an average size of 717,707. If  the districts in both states were equally apportioned New York and Rhode Island would have one representative for every 526,000 people . A total 191,707 people in each of the 27 Congressional Districts was not counted for the purpose of Congressional Apportionment.

The five Congressional Districts in Kentucky average 867,873. A total of  341,873 people in each of their districts are not being counted. A total 1,709,354 Kentucky residents are not being counted. If Kentucky was equally represented with Rhode Island, Kentucky would have at least 3 more representatives.

supposed to be "1 man, one vote." Of course, the original # was 30K, if memory serves. Even more important, is that the Reps are not held to the Constitution. For example, as far as I am concerned, Medicare itself is un-Constitutional, let alone "Medicare for all." "Social Security" is Socialism, already here.

Are you aware that under the "Program Operations Manual System" of "Social Security", HI 00801.002, anyone who refuses "Medicare Part A" is deprived of every cent of "Social Security?" In my case, I was forced to relinquish a portion of my earnings beginning when I was a 17-year old orphan. I refuse to be forced into Medicare Part A. SO, I've been robbed of over $320,000.oo

Multiply the size of the average Congressional District of a giving state and then subtract 526,000. Then multiply that number by total number of districts in the state to discover how many people in that state are not being counted for the purpose of apportionment in the House of Representatives..
