Where in Common Law or The Constitution, or anywhere in the world of common sense do we let the IRS do things like THIS? Now that you've read what I read, tell me why we in America are supposed to put up with this kinda crap for even one more damn minute.

There is a problem when the people have to fight to have their unlawfully stolen money or property returned by the government. I guess we need to instead sue the individuals for theft and conspiracy. Is there any other way than to make an example of them AND ruin their lives and savings for their own individual actions?
The bottom line is that government in general is too big. It has multiple layers of protections for those within and nearly none for those it abuses. At some point we need to hold government employees accountable. Same as if privately employed. This is the USA, anyone can be sued, for any reason! The treble damages remedy is a good idea too.

Ex.
If the IRS sends an individual to come see you or call you on the phone, you ask that individual's name. From then on out, it is that individual who will then be responsible to you for every action he/she takes against you by virtue of their assumed "authority", whether they were "just doing their job" or not.
If that individual violates your rights, you should have recourse available to you through your judicial system, with The Constitution as the guide book to prosecute the violation(s). It should be simple, but they make sure it's corrupt instead and call it Tax Court, Civil Court, Family Court, Equity Court, Admiralty Maritime Jurisdiction, etc. The path to justice may have to be at the point of a gun, but I hope they go running with their tail between their legs instead, or scurry off under a rock like the vermin they usually are.

My only question, is why would anyone keep tens of thousands of dollars in FDIC insured bank accounts if they knew that receiving a benefit from the government (FDIC) means that the depositor becomes an unsecured creditor to the bank. The government can confiscate whenever they wish. Better to diversify into cash holdings, silver coins, karatbars and other assets. It is way past time for Americans to wake up.

The answer is because they don't know. Who was supposed to tell them?
The banks have no inclination to explain the fine print of the contract we blindly agree to. Notice that they don't forget to advertise our deposits are FDIC insured. Once again, the American people place faith in the false impression that the good ole USA will cover their losses. The foolish ones keep forgetting that WE ARE the government who is on the hook. However WE get nothing when they wish to confiscate anything.
Our government sanctioned schools have proven time and again that they are there to dumb America down, to make sure we don't catch on to the scams created. Schools don't teach finances or contracts, but yet we are expected to "sign" for everything without thinking what we just signed onto. Oops!
Our parents don't know any better, they just do what their parents instructed about saving money in banks. But the banking institutions have changed the rules progressively. We are not dealing with the old-time locally-owned banks of our grandparent's era.
In general, if anyone explained the legal fine print fully in all of our business dealings and agreements, hardly anyone would sign ANY contracts EVER!!! There was a time when a handshake was honored. Today, promises and handshakes are voided by the lawyers ink. Yes, the pen IS mightier than the sword!

The 16th Amendment (federal income tax) to the U.S.A. Constitution was never properly ratified. Visit www.thelawthat neverwas.com . Rather, it was declared ratified by Philander Knox (President Wilson’s Secretary of State). Even if it was ratified, the 16th Amendment does not create nor authorize a tax on income. It only gives Congress the power to do so. There is a $100,000 reward by www.livefreenow.org for anyone who can show them the congressional law creating a federal income tax.

If they can imprison the elderly and load them on drugs to steal their money why can't they do it thru the IRS????
This is what you will sound like when they load you or ANYBODY up on the feel good drugs......I went thru 12 months of MARS reports and listed all the MENTAL ILLNESS drugs they have put Dad on. Dad is NOT mentally ill he has dementia. The MARS were finally produced by subpoena after asking for 2 years. Not all these drugs are given at the same time. They seem to shift to a new one or some do overlap. I have them in 3 categories as you can see. Now some Psycho/pain meds are listed as PRN but regardless they were administered at times. This seems over kill for this many psycho drugs to be used within 12 months.I can plainly see he is having major stomach issues. Gee I wonder why.... Thanks Rosanna. You made me think a bit deeper. Is there a connection between the IRS, dangerous medication and drugs, OBummerCare, and the money/savings/banking fiasco and government control of absolutely everything on a progressive schedule? Why are all these topics removed from the education of every American and/or human on Earth? Are we intentionally being dumbed-down in certain disciplines? Possibly for control reasons? I'm only making observations.
Money, medication, healthcare, courts, prisons and the police state. Who has their hands on all of these?
