What is Religion?

A philosophy or ideology that teaches individuals to love one another and promotes peace and is called a religion. An ideology that promotes violence, hatred and intolerance is not a religion, but is a political ideology masquerading as a religion.

I recently watched a video where the presenter suggested that

1) All religions are true

2) None of the religions are true

3) There is only one true religion.

I am of the opinion all religions were created by man and all of them contain both truth and error. The followers of religious denominations all believe they are members of the one true religion.

Our founding fathers felt that each individual had a God given right to decide for themselves which religion to embrace or reject.

I feel sad for you that you think that knowing Jesus as your savior is not freeing. It is the most freeing thing I have ever experienced. HE has appeared before me with Mama nine yr.s after she died for a few seconds. I was frozen when I saw them, could not breathe as I was in the presence of the almighty.

The only reason Jesus is not loved in schools is because we are under a liberal system that does not care. When they and you stand before GOD I pray that HE gives you a 2nd chance, as HE will probably give HIS chosen people.

But I know some completed JEWS, who in their 50's came to know HIM and they rejoiced as they are free from the laws and are able now  to praise their Lord and Savior NOW and not have to wait until HE returns.

When HE returns  ALL knees will bow and ALL tongues will confess that HE is LORD.

As to your past lives,you have a great imagine as ALL are Born and die. No one comes from anyone else.And GOD who knows every hair on your head and made you, surely can make individual people and not have to recycle. That is crazy from man's imagination.

To Adelle: You cannot prove any of what you said. You used lots of symbolic words such as "adopted", "family", "knee will bow", "tongue", "savoir", "grafted", "vine".

There are several parts of the bible that come from previous myths or part of other stories. In other words, the bible is not original -

~ Beings that created something from nothing: Ptah, Mbombo, El, Atum, Camaxtli,…

~ Virgin born beings: Attis, Nimrod, Horus, Hercules, Mithra, Buddha, Remus, Krishna, Dionyus,…

~ Beings born on December 25: Mithra, Attis,

~ Resurrected beings: Attis, Dionyus, Krishna, Osiris, Adonis, Amun, Baal (means lord), Inanna, Mithra, Ra,…

~ Saviors: Dionysus, Osiris, Budha,

The only so-called religion is Islam which is nothing but rules for a political ideology which tells them what they can and can't do and punishes really bad if they don't.

But worse is if you do not believe them, they will kill you...chop your head off and horrible acts of abuse to women. It makes me sick and all of them will do it if they can get away with it.

Watch what is happening in places like France and see if you don't get scared. They do it in the name of Allah. I pray we can rid these people of our lands all over. They need to be on the desert by themselves and do the beastly things they do. Plus they multiply like fleas and use their kids as bombs. This is sick.

I could on and on how they cut women in private places, etc.but I think you get the point. This is NOT a religion, not even a cult, it is just sick; started by a man that had sex with little girls and had people killed all the time to make him happy. This is a fact.

To Adelle: You do not get to define words. Religion = “a cause, principle or system of beliefs held to with ardor and faith.” This applies to Allah, Mohammad, ...

OUR FAITH, RELIGION AND GOD, NOW LETHAL FOR HUMAN KIND.

There are many religions in world existing with philanthropic ensign, but embroiled within a communal and political tradition as a part of human culture.

In fact, Religions is a Natural law, only to help us to evolve within a natural process, on basis of humanity and peace, not to face the rot of massacre for the illusive fame.

Our faith is a lightening aspect of our fear that appears from the dark aspects of our  lust, passion and infinite desire. Thus how God and his sacred religious teachings would help us to survive from the sins that creating the basis for massacres.

Fortunately, the omnipotent, omnipresent, omniscience our great almighty Father had sent his lots of prophets, Messenger and even his Son to suffer among us for our redemption from sin. He created this beautiful creation, What more do we all need to exist in this world.

While searching the true facts that would unify the religious teachings for the unification of the world Elite, I found the majority of the individuals and the organizations just as UNITED RELIGIOUS INTIATIVE, BAYLOR UNIVERSITY (RELIGIOUS STUDIES) etc, and all such organizations of the world are mostly seeking the solution within their own inherited system of thoughts. So within these circumstances, it is not possible to clarify the meaning of religion for the unification of world Elite. But now we cannot give up our hopes at this current period of the rise of religious conflicts that creating the basis for war and terrorism in entire world.

Mid-East, South-East, the clash between State and atheism are emerging as the most lethal crisis of this modern human era. It means, instead of approaching all the God teachings (the basis for faith) for a “unanimous conclusion” of the religious conflicts, the majority is honestly the religious definitions for their own fame, bliss and prosperity.

Let us move to the facts of peace and prosperity by exploring beyond our inherited thoughts. It is the only one way path, that we have always ignored within the mazes of theological and scientific insight.
