When the 13 states ratified the Constitution, they authorized the creation of a 14th entity. This entity was to be known as the United States of America. This fiction was designed to strengthen the Union not to control or micro manage the states. This new entity was given the authority to represent and serve the people and the 13 sovereign states.
The Constitution was the document that defined what the government of the United States was authorized to do. Any authority which was not specifically delegated to the national government was reserved to the states and to the people. The government was to have limited power and was to take its marching orders from the people and the governments of the 13 independent states.
Powers not delegated to the national government were to be retained by the states and to the people. The people were to be the masters and their state and national governments were designed to be their servants.

Voting is a corporate government activity. If you are more interested in the Republic which Abe Lincoln abandoned, which was re-inhabited on 20 November 2010, We have at least one Black serving in the Republic, and there are full provisions for all who are desirous to live a lawful life and not violate the rights of others, regardless of race. There were some religious issues, but being the outspoken person that I am, and I was one who was not appreciated for my religious convictions, those issues quickly got resolved. Those who would not support religious freedom have since gone their own way. It has been an interesting journey, just as it was when the Republic was first established over 200 years ago. There were some changes adopted from the original platform. Blacks have an equal standing, as do women, as religious issues have been resolved. ANYONE who is willing to live PEACEFULLY, LAWFULLY is welcome in the re-inhabited Republic for the United States of America. For more information go to republicfortheunitedstates.org
I just noticed that I did not explain something very well. Voting is a corporate activity, and is a sign that you are dealing with the corporation, not the Republic. In the Republic it has always been a process of "electing", when it comes to electing somebody to a certain position.
The only changes that have been made from the original generation of the Republic were ones that needed to be changed, like what I mentioned. I am not aware of any other changes other than race and women's issues There was religious freedoms in the early days, but if you wanted to be a Baptist, you went to a Baptist town. If you wanted to be Lutheran, you went to a Lutheran town, and likewise for any other religion. Society has mellowed on those issues over the last 200 years. Those who were opposed, have since left the scene. It has been an interesting process, basically re-living what the Founders went through, having to do lots of research on the Founders to discover what they did, and why they did things the way they did.
Terry,
A group of :London businessmen formed a corporation known as the Virginia Company. It was chartered by King James and its investors financed the Jamestown Colony. When the Constitution was ratified the seat of the new government was to be along the banks of the Potomac River. The 10 mile square tract of land was designated at the District of Columbia. Congress had exclusive jurisdiction in District of Columbia, but had no jurisdiction in any of the 13 states.
With the fraudulent ratification of the 14th amendment reclassified the people as citizens of the District of Columbia (The UNITED STATES). The organic Constitution ratified in 1789 recognized the sovereignty of the people, but the amendment made the people subject to the jurisdiction of the National government.
Let me add to what Keith has said: The only reason the fraud was gotten away with was because the People were not closely monitoring what their Public Slave Masters were up to. That is why there needs to be a monitoring system in the near future, no career politicians, with good public exposure of what is going on, from now on.
I agree.
To Take back the power we need to repeal the 17th Amendment.
Why are you wasting your time trying to fix a "Corporate constitution" that was designed to be broke? Wouldn't your time and energy be much more productive if you were to invest it in helping to restore the legitimate Republic that is now re-inhabited, but needs a lot of support and volunteers? Why waste your time trying to fix a TROJAN HORSE?
Geoffrey, you make my head spin, but that's what happens when I fall down the rabbit hole. It's not your explanations that cause my vertigo, but the difficulty my seventy-year-old brain has in shaking off the many layers of BS that have piled up over time. And I'm beginning to see a faint glimmer of light! Thanks.
The Republic for the united States of America, is the real, living and breathing, Constitution-compliant government of our nation, standing ready to supplant the fake Corporate government. Operation American Spring is an effort beginning May 16, in DC, to remove the most visible criminals from our fraudulent Corporate government, clearing the way for the Republic to resume its administration. Do I have that right?
So how fast can we make the switch back to our Republic and begin the purging of our wanna-be communist royalty? And how can we avoid/prevent the chaos that will naturally result from this political earthquake? I'm ready--just like to see the plan.
I assume you are replying to my reply, Geoffrey, and I agree with you--except Operation American Spring is a non-violent action to demand criminals remove themselves from office. No guns, no physically-aggressive confrontations. Our credo is: 'The first to use violence, loses.' If ten-to-twenty patriotic Americans, demanding their elected representatives obey the laws they write, and honor their oath to the Constitution they swore to uphold, then America needs more ignorant fools. And while you sit at home, waiting to be endowed with wisdom, being harmless, and forming your CLGJ, we will be acting on your behalf to assure your grand jury strategy works. Thank you for your support.
Thank you, Geoffrey--legal 'effect' is not what we are after, and--I'll see that your 'behalf' is excluded from our efforts.
I do, however fully support your CLGJ efforts, as I am heading up my county's CLGJ process. Our documentation is prepared and will be filed before the end of the month (legal notice in the paper is the only step lacking).
A last thought: because our enemies are attacking us on many fronts, it is crucial to support every effort to combat all of their assaults, not just the one we happen to like. It is going to take a united force to prevail. But that's just my opinion. Good luck in all your endeavors.
