Dear Keith et al:

This Constitution Club release is perhaps the most informative of all! I will bcc it to many others with the hope they find time to watch the videos and forward this message to their contacts.

As you know, government was created for the PURPOSE of securing our unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty, and opportunity to pursue Happiness (Declaration of Independence). The transformation of our government from a Republic into a Corporation is but one of the many illegal “Federal actions” that have “exceeded the clear bounds of its jurisdiction....” as alleged by thirty governors on 11/22/94.

When the Constitutionalist’s Networking Center (CNC) chaired by the late Governor Mecham (R-AZ) was formed in 1933 its members examined the options available for gaining control of the Federal government. It became clear the only peaceful options are through the common law grand jury box, the ballot box, or nullification of the fraudulently introduced and adopted 17th Amendment (see http://www.thecnc.org/Documents/17thAmendment.htm). At this time, viable common law jury boxes and ballot boxes aren’t available. Common law grand juries were declared “obsolete” in the 1946 changes to the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedures; another unlawful Federal act.” The ballot box is not reliable for many reasons. Bottom line: if voters are to have a way of peacefully restoring lawful government they must inspire states to restore the integrity of these boxes. Legislation was drafted to do so. It can be found under recent articles on the www.thecnc.org web site.

Convincing states to pass the needed legislation won’t be easy! It will require the support of millions of Americans working as a team; one such as that described in www.thecnc/Document/1776.htm. Thanks to Keith Broaders and his www.ConstitutionClubUSA.com web site a communications system is available to aid America’s patriots in locating and communicating with one another to create the team. The challenge is to get people to act. I pray they will; and soon! But will they? The outlook isn’t good. Too many people are a part of America’s problem. They are ignoring the importance of James 4:17 and failing to do what’s right and like it or not, God is still in charge.

It is disheartening to know there are hundreds if not thousands of organizations working on some SYMPTOM of America’s “problem” but who lack the common sense to realize – or simply refuse to recognize – that the solution lies in gaining control of government and uniting on the few options available for doing so. At http://www.thecnc.org/Documents/LocalActions.htm is a suggested list of actions I hope people consider.

Asking the question is the United States a corporation would be like asking whether Al Capone was operating as a corporation or a sole proprietorship. Both Al Capone and the Congress of the United States is neither, they are members of a crime syndicate.

These are the same ones who hang with Ohio Supreme Justice Moyer who refused my cases to the higher court and in essence said "we dont' give a damn about elder murder, abuse or theft....Then they victimize the daughter who is still trying to get justice."  And because I am outraged that they condone murder their attitude is there is something wrong with me because I am not happy about their decision. These people are worse than Hitler in power. 

I wrote the City Mayor for a internal investigation into the cover up of Mom's murder and abuse of my Dad by the government. 
"Why won't the Mayor order an internal investigation requested and answer the questions why Ann's investigation was incomplete? Or why the judicial and executive branch were working together that cheated Ann's investigation and abused Clair then plundered the estate?"

He refuses and told me not to call anymore and hung up the phone recently. They could give me the answers but they won't. I know why that is......

I have no idealization that a "Review board" operated under the control of the AGENTS is going to work.

That is my story and I am sticking too it.

I guarantee you this Human Trafficking is coming our way next. The FEMA camps have been utilized for a long time just called something else.

Wolf, thanks for the info. In Florida, there is a group traveling around, recruiting people in each county to form CLGJs. I am attending a meeting in my area for this purpose on March 8th. Because of your input, I am doing research so I will have a more solid base from which to work. Can you suggest a reference I can use to verify your points above?

I don't know how this got so far off base but Wolf does not appear to be on board with the CLGJ after I posted the info supporting it.

Rosanna, I'm studying all the included links in the postings so I have a well-rounded understanding of what CLGJ can do (or not do). I like to listen to the naysayers, and those who have other viewpoints so I can either firmly defend my position or, perhaps, modify it. You offered links and videos to support the pro-CLGJ position, I want to understand what could make them unworkable. My hope is that CLGJs will answer many problems. I really don't see how 25 people getting together to discuss a possible crime could be unconstitutional--but that depends on which Constitution we're talking about.

I understand I thought you were inferring Wolf supported the CLGJ and I am not sensing that. In fact I sense he thinks it is a futile point. I have been through to much to know it is our only hope to get justice, on this earth, in this country.    

May I suggest something that will be even more helpful is to go to the National Liberty Alliance and start opening up the tabs and snoop around. Go CRAZY!!! I think you will find every document or video on the site you will ever need. It is packed just like the Constitution Club with great information. They out did their selves. 

The 4th Branch is in the Bill of Rights...... Thank you for checking it out and being informed, more than you know. 

PS Walking down the street could be a crime if the cop wanted to push it.

What Walter says is very true indeed, we are still so divided by propaganda, that we cannot seem to get on the same page of understanding who the common enemy is, and where it's head lies, and just how to cut that head off.  Understanding that the tools for killing the snake lies in understanding that the USof A is a Corporation owned by the International Bankers and European Blue Bloods, and we must all work together to destroy that Corporation and their Money Supply Line.

There are enough Patriotic Americans to do the job, but as Walter says, everyone is working from their own perspective of the problem, and if that doesn't change by getting our heads together and reaching an understanding of just who the enemy is, and how to fight them through a concerted and coordinated effort, we will never win our Constitution back.

The fact is that we have a choice in which Constitution we want to participate. Just because the Corporate Constitution is being foisted on us, it is being done by fraud and deceit. It has no standing in law, but is backed by bluster and bullying. Educate yourself, so you can live by the Constitution for the united states of America, and tell the bullies to shove their corporation.

It is a portion of the 1996 Conference of Chief Justices to talk about the "threat" of the Common Law Patriots as a movement and something to be feared. It is three hours but this is just an excerpt. PLEASE counter forward to 17:00 and listen to Justice Moyer. He explains we HAD freedoms but we have to give some of them up now... Sorry about our luck.

This was loaded on you tube but recently we noticed it has been removed. I will try to get it back on. Any suggest from anyone please let me know. It is more than worth watching the whole "SHOW". And impossible to come by. I just happen to have a copy.
