In 1787 the people of the states were concerned that if they did not make significant changes in the Articles of Confederation, the government would collapse. They took it upon themselves to call for a Convention to amend the Articles of Confederation. After the people called for the convention, Congress jumped on the bandwagon and supported the plan.

Once again our government has become dysfunctional and is abusing the rights of the people it was created to protect The People are the ultimate source of the government's authority and it is up to us to hold our government accountable.

Our elected officials must obey the rules as specified in the Constitution or must face criminal prosecution if they refuse honor their oath.

The Union State's Assembly believes that Constitution and the lawful government of the United States no longer exist. When the elected officials abandoned the Constitution with the passage of unconstitutional legislation, the government lost its lawful authority to act in behalf of the people.

Congress is currently nothing more than a collection of lawyers, bankers and thieves that masquerade as public servants. They have no more authority than govern than any other crime syndicate.

We need to arrest all of the impostors who are pretending to represent us and prosecute them for their crimes.

MG Vallely Statement – Talk of Coup Support FALSE!

“Statements on the web and elsewhere that attribute me as supporting a coup are absolutely false. From the day I took my oath as a young Army lieutenant to this very day I have supported and defended the Constitution of the United States.
A coup is counter to the guiding principles laid out there. Disagreement and dissension are not! It’s time for change in America and I support that change – but only in a lawful, Constitutional manner.” - MG Paul E. Vallely (US Army-Ret.)

bullshit I heard out of his own Mouth for the Militia to act on three different occasion including " I will lead the Militia."

Welcome Colonel Hunt. May I assume that is your rank not your first name? If the MG says he is acting constitutionally I would tend to believe him. To lead a militia is not an act of lawless rebellion. If he said that, I'm sure he meant by constitutional means. That said, I am former military. I think we will need all the Generals and Colonels we can get on our side. So welcome. Lets work together here.

Colonel Hunt:  you need to bone up on applicable law concerning militias in the US. They are legal. Start with the Second Amendment. Work your way down to federal code and laws in all states.

If a rogue federal govt starts a conflict, there are some willing to finish it. Not many of us wish to start it. Many of us working to try to avoid that. Successful or not, at least we're going the due process route.

Bombastic rhetoric is helpful to no one, except statists looking for a chance to intervene.

Kathy, the demise of our Republic has already taken place. Our Constitutional Republic created by the founding fathers is dead and buried. It has been replaced by a Corporate Democracy controlled by the financial elite.

You are under the false assumption that the Constitution is alive and well and we must protect it. I am sorry to reveal to you that Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny are a myth and that the Constitution is dead. The principles upon which it was written are still alive in the hearts and minds of men and women who yearn to be free.

Unfortunately true.

We have an interim Republic Government ready to serve and also to step aside when this corporation is finally incarcerated or whatever becomes necessary .

That's great James,

Who's we? And how long do you figure "we" have before the fall of this dictator?

Probably Bill Ayers, George Soros and Valerie Jarrett do, too. Without rule of law, it will be a power struggle,

George, Those elected to serve us do not obey the Constitution. They do whatever they want without ever being held accountable. Thomas Jefferson, in the Declaration of Independence stated clearly that the people have not only a right, they have a duty to alter or abolish a tyrannical government.

Those who control politics want us to sit back and do nothing, while they continue to run rough shod over our lives and liberty. To end the tyranny, in 1775, the colonists decided, life without liberty was not worth living. Thankfully they had the courage to fight for the principles they believed in.

The Constitution is dead. The consent given back in 1788 was predicated on the strict obedience to the Constitution by the government officials. They have broken the covenant and the consent of the people needs to be revoked. They have breached the contract and the government no longer has the lawful authority to act on our behalf.

I can't disagree with any of that, Keith.

When was the Constitutional limits first USURPED? By each Branch . . Executive, Legislative and Judicial?
