If a Senator or Representative votes in favor of legislation that violates provisions of the Constitution and/or the Bill of Rights, has that individual committed a crime and should they be punished or removed from office?

By all means if any elected government official does not act to protect the rights of all Americans in support of the Constitution and/or the Bill of Rights they have committed a crime against the country and should be removed from office and furthermore prosecuted.
They swore an oath to uphold and defend.....
So lets look at it from this perspective. WHO is the Constitution?
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Article III Section 3
1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
So who is the Untied States? The people. Period. Because the people ordained the Constitution FOR the United States of America, it there for is clear.....the people are the united states of America and therefore any act by an elected official is Treason because it is against the PEOPLE.
So imho........arrest them, give them a trail by a jury of their peers, and hang them when found guilty.

Constitutional rights are not to be denied to any type of people for any cause whatsoever except for subverting the Constitution.
To conclude quickly, the train wreck about to happen is the direct result of God’s Judgment on America for all types of selfishness and perversion just like nations past.
My Bible reading has taken me cover to cover about 70 times. Therefore I know this stuff all too well. Over and over men turn from God then God wipes them out.
Sometimes they get the message but it is too often short lived. Our Founders got the message and created the greatest two documents on Earth, next to the Bible, our Constitution and Declaration of Independence. They did it because they were immersed in the Bible. So, if they set such an example why are we not following it?

Sharia cannot co-exist with our Constitution. Period. It means to install itself by force if necessary.
Federal Government is purposely flooded with these types because of weak representatives. BO is one of them.

Every single member of Congress has violated the Constitution in some form or another. Obamacare, Bengazi, IRSgate, Fast and Furious, and any acts of omission in prosecuting this President and Vice President and Secretary of State for crimes committed against our Constitutional rights are all violations. I could write a book about all of the violations Congress, the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch have violated according to our US Constitution and our Bill of Rights. Every single member of this Congress should be taken out and tried for Treason for what they have failed to do which is uphold our Constitution!
I believe that He/ She should be removed from office. If they can't stand by the Constitution or Bill of Rights, what other rights are they willing to sign away?! How can they represent us if they are willing to violate those provisions.

yes, as they have violated their oath of office. Impeachment and removal is a viable solution.
Voting for a bill cannot be made a crime under the Constitution. That is forbidden by the "shall not be questioned" clause. They should certainly be removed, but the only way to do that is by electing someone else.
Those who call for criminal prosecution of things need to keep in mind that is giving power to executive officials and judges that it may not be constitutionally sound design for them to have. It would destroy the system of checks and balances for, say, a U.S. attorney and a judge to be able to convict a legislator for a crime for voting in a way that they might not like.
