Taxing income is and always has been unconstitutional. Individuals have God given rights that include the right to life, liberty and property. When a person trades his labor for another man's money is not income. Income is the profit that one earns from corporate activity.
Corporations do not have rights because they are legal fictions created by governments. The do not have rights, they have privileges. I think that Congress should stop taxing the people and should increase the tax rates on corporations to over 50%. This would motivate many of the owners of corporations to become sole proprietorships.
Sole proprietorships would have a substantial advantage over corporations and would make it very difficult for the corporations to compete. One of the main functions of the Federal government is to protect the individual's lives, liberty and property from the abuse of power by corporations.
Giving a corporation a tax deduction for bribing Congressmen is a stupid idea. Corporation can't vote and they should not be allowed to donate money to elect candidates. Only individuals have rights and corporation have their power diminished.
A Corporate CEO should be taxed at the same rate as the corporations that employ them. Employees of corporations would also be subject to income tax because the money they receive is derived from corporate activity. Individuals that are not employees of corporations would not pay income tax while corporate employees would be subject to the income tax.

Naked Communist and 5,000 Year Leap brought me up to date, politically, and revealed our weaknesses and failures. I owe Skousen a great deal. I envy you the experience of hearing him live.
Hey Simon,
Is that a self-portrait? And Wayne,
What is excellent? The fact that the crazy people are on your side, or that all the crazy people are finally standing up and saying something? What exactly did W. Cleon Skousen say in '76?
Is what a self portrait? I don't have time to deal with it. I need to be in court in a few hours.
Sorry Wayne, I was talking to Simon.
Simon's picture when he posts. Is that a self portrait?
yes, that's a self portrait.
I hope everyone watched that 14 min. video I posted. I think it MUST be the premise of any discussion on this website.
here it is again.

Keith, there are so many things wrong with your positions; it is difficult to know where to begin. So let’s start at the beginning; “Taxing income is and always has been unconstitutional.” True, so what is your solution? Against whom are you arguing, and what corrective action do you propose?
“Individuals have God given rights that include the right to life, liberty and property.” Also true. “When a person trades his labor for another man's money is not income.” What is it? “Income is the profit that one earns from corporate activity.” Income and profit are two entirely different things. Income is the proceeds sales; profit is the surplus left after all expenses and costs are deducted. Profit can be derived from any number of non-corporate activities: investments; real estate; licensing proprietary assets, etc.
Next: it is impossible to tax corporations—corporations simply collect taxes from their customers and pass them on to government. If taxing corporations worked, let’s tax government! We’ll all get rich!
The purpose of incorporation is to indemnify personal liability, when and if, business failures ensue. Corporate protection allows more people (who may have very little money) to take risks which benefits us all. Sole proprietor businesses leave their owners vulnerable to every possible financial threat while offering only one benefit: income is only punished once instead of twice (or more times)—what about ‘S’ Corps and LLCs; where do they fit on your scale of entities that should be punished?
I might suggest taxing income or profit of any entity is counter-productive and must be eliminated in the interest of preserving our liberty.
“One of the main functions of the Federal government is to protect the individual's lives, liberty and property from the abuse of power by corporations.” Sorry, Keith, but there is no provision in any of our founding documents that authorize government to limit legal business activities. Corporations are nothing more than an extension of an individual or a group of individuals. Corporations have no power, consequently they cannot abuse power. I would assume by ‘power’ you mean ‘authority’, and, again, corporations have no authority beyond their own internal management structure and they abuse those authorities at their own peril.
‘Giving a corporation a tax deduction for bribing Congressmen is a stupid idea.’ Agreed, but we have to examine the impetus for this true ‘abuse of power’. It is common practice today, for those who write laws to pose restrictive or punitive legislation as a means to solicit ‘donations’ to fight those same bills. In any other context, this activity would be labeled, ‘extortion’. Corporations are most often, the victims of government bureaucrats.
‘Corporation can't vote and they should not be allowed to donate money to elect candidates.’ I would agree if you also forbid any other entities: unions, charities, non-profits, and even government agencies, from donating to political parties and candidates.
‘Only individuals have rights and corporation have their power diminished.’ I can’t even make sense of this sentence.
‘A Corporate CEO should be taxed at the same rate as the corporations that employ them.’ A specious assertion at best; what about the CFO, COO, or mail room clerk? As Chief Justice John Roberts has established: a penalty is a tax; even though the two words are nowhere else, so-defined. Taxation is used to sculpt society into a form the administration envisions. Taxes are used to punish and influence behavior. Neither of these practices are Constitutional, legal, logical, or effective.
“Employees of corporations would also be subject to income tax because the money they receive is derived from corporate activity. Individuals that are not employees of corporations would not pay income tax while corporate employees would be subject to the income tax.” Why are you so determined to punish corporations and everyone connected to them?
Businesses (including Corporations) are the engine of commerce, and that engine runs on capital. Since we chose to base our economy on capitalism, and since capitalism has led us to unprecedented success and achievement, we need to look at ways to improve our systems to accommodate and encourage capitalists, even those who work for, and invest in, corporations.
Well said.
Whatever you think Terry,
I'm not a fortune teller, but I AM Gypsy, thanx to my Romanian heritage. Because of that, I can see things others can't see. Sort of like seeing things before they happen or even finding things no one else can find. Its a gift and a burden. Those who can see as I do know why I say this. People once they know what you can do will beg you for the type of help that they know is hard to find in people. It becomes a burden for that reason and others.
Suffice it to say that I truly can tell you what is to come. Like any other prognosticator, I cannot give you the exact details, but I can tell you what warning signs to look for and what they will mean to you. So do what you must. Be where you must be, when you must be there. Everyone's role is now evident. We ARE the leaders who will be quoted when the history books of 2525 A.D. are opened and examined for the truth. That much I CAN tell you.
Morton, Although I don't share your Romanian heritage, I do possess the perspective of age. I also have an impressive track record of successful precognition. Just in case you might be seeking validation of your prediction about our role in 2525 history books; you're right.
It is incumbent on us to make sure those accounts credit us with 'saving our Republic' rather than allowing our indolence to stand idly by while our Republic crumbles. That decision is under OUR control. I've made mine. I will be in DC, May 16, and will stay until we succeed.
I figured you would Terry.
Good luck, take pictures, run streaming video if you can. We who cannot go will be there with you in spirit. It is my strong belief that we are beginning today and with every new day we get closer. The efforts of OAS in D.C. can easily be hijacked by TMB. Be careful, watch your back. Carry all the supplies you will need in a go pack to sustain you.
Thanks for you support, Morton. My bag is packed and my plan is made. I wish this were not necessary, and I pray, and only look forward to returning to my wife and our homestead, quickly and victorious. As you pointed out in your 'slavery' piece, we will only be defeated if we become a willing participant in that defeat. Just as easily as we can be hijacked, we can change the world. That decision is ours.
As video team leader, I am pushing everyone to carry video and cellphone cameras, and record everything. This will be the most photographed event in history.
Ok John I've heard all this before and I never said that a tax plan will control spending, In fact I said the opposite. but you actually made my point for me when you said, "There is no such thing as a tax plan that will control spending." That is exactly what I have been saying. That IS my point, that there is NO tax solution that will curtail the largess or shrink their power. In fact it will remain "Revenue Neutral", funding all the corrupt programs and keeping everything that's wrong unaddressed. That's my point. Do not assume that I have never heard the arguments in favor of this Tax solution and other solutions. I was there when they thought of it and I made the same argument then. The same thing you just said. It will not reduce the size and power of our overblown employee, The Federal Government. Remember, "We surround them" - Glenn Beck.
