The Consent of the Governed - We The People

"We the people" created the government with the ratification of our Constitution. We are the employer and the elected officials are our employees. The Constitution is the rulebook that was created to govern the government. The Constitution tells the elected officials what they can do and prohibits them from doing anything that is not specifically delegated to them.

We were to be the master and our government and the elected officials were to be our servants.The government derives its power from the consent of the governed and that power can be lawfully revoked whenever, "We the People" feel that the government has exceeded its Constitutional authority.

As a parent do you need to ask your children permission before you take action. We were born free and independent and we don't need the permission or consent of our government to exercise rights that we granted to us by our Creator.

If the government officials refuse to hear our complaints, we have the authority to alter or abolish the government. We have the power to hold government officials accountable for violating their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.

If you agree with me that the government has exceeded its lawful authority, the time has come for "We the People" to stand up and regain control. Individually we are weak, but collectively we are strong. The best way to repeal unjust laws is for the people to refuse to comply. I do not consent to tyranny and I will not ask permission from a crime syndicate to exercise my God given rights.

Also, do you think the people committing vote fraud are going to make the mistake of having their puppet win by more than just what is needed, certainly not by "98%", which would stir up a hornets nest in the country ?

     I think that vote fraud is pretty common in the USA and a tyrants 98% margin would get Americans stirred up, so there would not be any reason for the fraudsters to do something like that.  I never recall anyone winning an election by one vote and I don't see to many automatic recounts when the law requires it.  I also know that some states have had their computer generated results challenged in court and computer experts have testified  that their states computers could be hacked.  So we probably need to count votes manually, by trustworthy people of course.

I believe the key factor to vote fraud is the false notion that votes should be anonymous and secret. This is key to hiding the fraud as there is no way to verify votes after the fact.

Why people insist it is right that their votes be known by only them I will never understand. Do you think all the people who voted for Obamalini want everyone else to know how they voted? 

I have never voted for anything that I was later ashamed of. I don't vote on people or issues I don't understand. Sadly many people aren't informed voters.

     I am pretty old fashioned when it comes to elections, I go by who gets the most votes wins the election, not electoral colleges, super delegates, etc...  So I think there has always been corruption in our elections and the problems we now have are systemic.

The United States is not like any other nation or country. The reason is that the United States is NOT a nation. It is NOT a country, either. That's the Big Lie they've been trying to put over on us, almost from the beginning. North Carolina is a nation, a free and independent State, like South Carolina, Georgia and all the other States. The original thirteen States created a confederacy with the Articles of Confederation in 1781. Article 1 declares that the style of the confederacy shall be "The United States of America". A new entity was created by those thirteen countries. It was their property, their creation; and it still is to this day. In 1791 the confederacy was fully transformed into a federation, which meant the central government was bigger and stronger than the confederacy. It was given its own scrap of land, carved out of Maryland and Virginia, one hundred square miles to be exact; but in 1845 it returned the land Virginia had donated, in favor of a more defensible southwestern border, the Potomac River. That move also reduced the size of the United States to sixty-one square miles. Someone should have figured those politicians had less than noble intentions when they made the boundary on the western banks of the river instead of in the center, as is common practice. Germany and France are members of the European Union; but they are completely different countries. The same is true of the United States. The States are united; but they are NOT parts of a country. They are members of a federation. The United States is in inferior to each and every one of the States that created it. I cannot overstate the significance of this fact.

     The way I see it, the constitutional republic of free independent sovereign states that came into existence(1775-91), came to an end in 1865 and the USA has been in a chaotic state of nature since then.  Under the authority of the Declaration of Independence, 1st, 2nd and 9th Amendments I think that "We the People" will make radical changes to create order out of chaos and provide new guards for our future security.  The Russian KGB produced a paper in the 1980's that predicted that the United States would break down into 15 sovereign regions, that very well could be the case in the future.

    You are coming off to me as just another wanna be with a manifesto, I'm not saying that is what you are, but you are coming off that way.

I am really confused, people of the Constitution Club make the statement that the US creates all the money they need and want. Then the turn around and say that the fed creates all the money but does not create the money to pay the interest.  I can’t decide if the fed is the US or what?

Then some of the people of the Constitution Club say that free and independent States are what formed the federal government.  A new entity was created by those thirteen countries. It was their property, their creation; and it still is to this day.  The created cannot be greater than the creator.

Then others of the Constitution Club say the constitutional republic of free independent sovereign states that came into existence (1775-91), came to an end in 1865.  That the created can be greater than the creator.  It seems it is time that we come to some kind of agreements.  A house divided again its self cannot stand.

There seems to be general agreement on the fact that we the people have had an economic fraud placed on us. However, there doesn’t seem to be any real understand about just how that fraud really works or what we should do about it. 

It seems to me that most people think that the idea pushed and funded by the gold dealers is the only solution and that is just using gold for our money will solve all the economic problems.   However, no one seems to be able to articulate just how that could be accomplished.

Then there are some that believe that the government should create the money and spend it into circulation in to provide our transportation system in lieu of taxes. How to do this has been spelled out in detail.  It seems it is time that we come to some kind of agreements.  A house divided again its self cannot stand. I am sure that there are other things that we need to come to an agreement about.

It doesn’t take a majority to prevail it only takes a tireless united minority to accomplish their goals history has proven that.

As I have stated many times on many articles, the primary, foundational issue is rule of law. Talking "politics" is a waste of time until this is understood. Whether it be monetary policy, international policy, domestic policy, state vs. federal, etc the issue ALWAYS rests on the application of the law and the fact that the executive branch, at all levels, protects the status quo and attacks the foundation of this civilization, equal application of law. The law "enforcers" are public enemy #1 and should be every patriot's focus. ALL government corruption is predicated upon and propagated by law enforcers. Without the henchman willing to beat and kill for the state government is irrelevant to everyone.

The focus is rule of law. Getting confused by going on rabbit trails, the subject matter of which is caused by lack of rule of law, is something you should avoid.

Read about the 11 petitions we acquired signatures for that the law allows us to put on the ballot to have people vote for in our county. Of course the power hungry freaks in the government don't like the notion that the people are in control and are fighting us on this. Ultimately we will win because we won't settle for anything less than freedom.
