The Death of Our Constitutional Republic

Up until the election of 1860 the United States was a republic. When 7 of the Southern states seceded from the Union the Empire of the United States began to take shape. In the fall of 1863 President Lincoln declare martial law and suspended the Constitution. For the duration of the war he became the military dictator of the United States. With the suspension of the Constitution, all of the branches of government were vacated. Congress became an unauthorized body with no Constitutional authority. The United States had become a dictatorship.

Since the imposition of martial law in September of 1863 no subsequent man serving as the de facto President rescinded the declaration of martial law and every President since Lincoln has been a military dictator that was elected by the people. When the United States became a dictatorship it also became an empire. Instead of a Constitutional Republic we became an oligarchy of the financial elite.

A Municipal Corporation named the UNITED STATES was created by Congress in 1871. This corporation has been masquerading as our lawful government ever since. With the fraudulent ratification of the 14th amendment, we the people became Citizens of the UNITED STATES and subject to their jurisdiction. Without our knowledge were tricked into signing contracts with this corporation that waived our God given rights. These contracts obligated us to become unpaid employees of the corporate UNITED STATES.

We have been defrauded by those that we have elected to serve us. The question is how much fraud are you going to tolerate. The financial elite that are running the government created the corporation so that they could steal the wealth of the American people while masquerading as a legitimate government.

Obama has never been my president, and he never will be. I extracted myself out of the corporation as soon as I found out what is going on, and never would have been a part of it, had there been full disclosure. That goes for Social Insecurity, the DRIVERS LICENSE, all of it. I am registered with the Republic, the same one that Abraham Lincoln vacated in 1861. March of 2010, we the People put all 50 governors on notice- If they didn't get back in and re-inhabit the Republic seats and take their proper Oaths, they would be expelled from the Republic. All 50 governors acquiesced, so we the People lawfully elected an interim government in November 2010. You are right! That is exactly what has happened!! We seceded from the Corporation, and re-inhabited the Republic. This was all found out because of a couple Feds. retired, and had a degree of integrity, and told us what had happened, and what we had to do, to correct the problem. The true Republic is re-inhabited, up and running, and available for anyone who wants to secede from the corporation that has been violating our rights for all of our lives. Register with the Republic, start claiming your God given rights, and help spread the word. You don't need to waste all your time reading all of them, unless of course, you enjoy it!

The main ones you need to know are Title 18: 4, Title 18: 241 and 242, Title 42: 1983, 1985, and maybe 1986 - if you make use of it within one year. You should also do a Google search and learn these by heart: All Rights Reserved, None Waived, Without Prejudice, Under Protest, At Arm's Length, UCC 1-207/1-308, 1-103.6. Make sure you understand Without Prejudice, as it has nothing to do with race, and judges may ask you, just to see if you know what you are talking about.

I will explain the "At Arm's Length", since you may not find that. The Constitution says that you are not to be forced into servitude, or pressured into accepting benefits. Lawyers have then twisted a deduction that by signing any of those contracts, you did accept the benefits/contracts/liabilities "VOLUNTARILY" simply by signing some contract. You put "At Arm's Length" to signify that you only signed because you were required to, and not by your willingness to do so.

Good job Walter but I think if we don't start by repealing the 17th Amendment we're not going to get any of the rest. We need a balanced Constitutional approach to fixing what's wrong. This is the beauty of our Founder's foresight. They put in place methods to make positive change when there is enough cause to do such.

Yetter, U.S. Treasury answered that question stating, “The money one borrower used to pay interest on a loan has been created somewhere else in the economy by another loan”.  It is clear to see that the interest makes the debt grow but not the money supply.  It is also clear that paying down the debt destroys the money supply.

It is time that you and your colleagues took a good look at the Constitution of the United States of America and upheld it.  The Constitution at Article 1 Section 8 clearly gives Congress the power to provide for the general Welfare, coin Money and established post Roads.  Congress should combine those 3 powers into one act that monetizes the value of building, upgrading and maintaining our public roads, and create money by creating the numbers, adding them to the general fund, then spending that money into circulation in lieu of taxation or bonding as a final, debt-free payment earned as wages by the people who do the producing (work) that benefits the general public.  It’s time that you and every other Congressman and Senator uphold your oath and do your Constitutional duty to create the money of the United States of America and spend it into circulation as a final, debt-free payment in a way that benefits all the people thereby providing for the General welfare.

At this time, Congress, working though the Bureau of Engraving and Printing prints the Cotton Linen currency we use. But, the Congress and the people get no monetary value from printing said currency because after it is printed it is sold the Federal Reserve Banks for the cost of printing.  For the people to be able to use the currency, they must buy it from the banks with the checkbook (numbers) money the people are forced to borrow at interest from the banks.  That is utter nonsense to the point of high treason.  

The only way to bring prosperity to the people is to stop borrowing money (numbers) from the banks that create the numbers they loan at the moment they loan them and extinguish them when they are repaid. 

Allowing the banks to create our medium of exchange as interest bearing debt has made debtors slaves of the American people and their government.  The banks have no authority to create money and should not be allowed to do so. Creating money is Congress job and duty.  This nonsense of being forced to borrow and pay interest have a medium of exchange is economic servitude and is in Violation of the 13th Amendment. It’s time you stop this high treason and uphold your Constitutional duty and create the money America needs. 

The only way to stop this financial enslavement, for the benefit of the special interests, is to have Congress create the money as a debt free final payment for the benefit and general welfare of the people.  Congress must create money that represents the peoples’ production or wealth that they should own not owe for.  Money should not represent what the people and their governments owe.   

Free people should not be in debt for to have a medium of exchange nor for what they produce and earn.

The second prong is to write off all of the unlawful debt starting at SECTON 31 of the Federal Reserve Act which clearly states, “the right to amend, alter, or repeal this Act is expressly reserved.”

“Federal Reserve notes are liabilities of the Federal Reserve Bank, obligations of the United States government and a first lien on all assets of the Federal Reserve banks and the collateral held against them. Congress has specified that Federal Reserve banks must hold collateral equal in value to the Federal Reserve notes that the bank receives so that if the Federal Reserve System were ever dissolved, the United States would take over the notes and the assets of the 12 Federal Reserve banks.* ” This needs to apply to all the banks that have created this fraudulent debt.  *Source: personal letter to Byron Dale from the United States Treasury.

Apparently you people don't seem to understand that there are two Constitutions, one that our Founding Fathers drafted, and an almost identical one that the Corporation drafted in 1871 when they started running the country as a corporation. They omitted the original 13th Amendment, and slipped in what you know as the 13th Amendment (there must have been a valid strong reason for them to want to do that -fraudulently, without full disclosure, and without voting on it). I repeat; you cannot convert a corporation (for profit) into a Republic. Stop wasting your time!! Just simply register with the Republic. You will no longer be in the corporate jurisdiction for cops to have authority to write tickets in your behalf. You will no longer be subject to their statutes and codes. Statutes and codes only apply to corporate employees, which you are, until you extract yourself from the corporation. It is just that simple. As long as you remain corporate employees, you are subject to the IRS if you work for the Fed. govt. Morton:  Though nullification of the 17th Amendment might well be a high priority issue I suggest the #1 issue should be populating the Constitution Club's communications system. I see the #2 priority being to convince the registrants of the need to actively assume a role in the Take America Back team described at www.thecnc.org/Dpcuments/1776.htm as short of the creation of an undeniable political force I see no way of convincing state legislatures to responsibly act.

Yes i didn't know that either but i guess the 13th amendment  is the  starting of it..not the original one!

Man, everything i have learned in school and things are being turned upside down by the truth its amazing how they have brainwashed people and this also goes for  churches  also you get some pastors who want to appease people and do a lot of pagan stuff in  churches and they also use the Word of God to help promote

this crooked government.  I think knowing the truth is the best way and really would want a pastor to tell me the truth even if it is hard to swallow!  its amazing how the illuminatti got the political system in the US and
