The Death of Our Constitutional Republic

Up until the election of 1860 the United States was a republic. When 7 of the Southern states seceded from the Union the Empire of the United States began to take shape. In the fall of 1863 President Lincoln declare martial law and suspended the Constitution. For the duration of the war he became the military dictator of the United States. With the suspension of the Constitution, all of the branches of government were vacated. Congress became an unauthorized body with no Constitutional authority. The United States had become a dictatorship.

Since the imposition of martial law in September of 1863 no subsequent man serving as the de facto President rescinded the declaration of martial law and every President since Lincoln has been a military dictator that was elected by the people. When the United States became a dictatorship it also became an empire. Instead of a Constitutional Republic we became an oligarchy of the financial elite.

A Municipal Corporation named the UNITED STATES was created by Congress in 1871. This corporation has been masquerading as our lawful government ever since. With the fraudulent ratification of the 14th amendment, we the people became Citizens of the UNITED STATES and subject to their jurisdiction. Without our knowledge were tricked into signing contracts with this corporation that waived our God given rights. These contracts obligated us to become unpaid employees of the corporate UNITED STATES.

We have been defrauded by those that we have elected to serve us. The question is how much fraud are you going to tolerate. The financial elite that are running the government created the corporation so that they could steal the wealth of the American people while masquerading as a legitimate government.

Walter, I would agree with you but we have one major problem, our elections are rigged!
Not long ago I watched a YouTube video of a congressional hearing where a computer programmer testified before Congress.
The programmer had rigged the electronic voting machines for a particular republican candidate in OH, I believe it was for the 2000 election.
Furthermore, I watched what happened to Ron Paul during the primaries. There where entire counties whose votes were not counted in Main and elsewhere. Infact, there was an entire media black out when it came to Dr. Paul and other presidential candidates!
Was it Stalin that said, "he who votes doesn't matter, it's he who counts the votes, that matters"? I firmly believe that even the presidential election was rigged for Obama.
With the mainstream media aiding the two party dictatorships retention of power, what do you suppose we do?

These super wealthy family's only got that way because the took control of the creation of money.  The only way we can stop what is going on is to unite and demand the our Constitution is followed and demand Congress create the money and spent it into circulation in lieu of taxes in a way that benefits the not special interests. The best to accomplish this start sending a letter like this one to your congressmen and senators Then send it to all the 535 of them.  It might help if you sent a tea bag in the letter. 

Dear Congressman

Like all Congressman and Senators, you have sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America. 

We are again being alarmed about the possibility of Congress having to raise the debt ceiling around October or the United States government will run out of money.  It’s time you and your colleagues started to take a look at just where money comes from, how it is created, moved into circulation and what effect that has on the need for the government and everyone else to keep borrowing more and more.

 Now “The actual creation of money always involves the extension of credit from private commercial banks”.  -U. S. Treasury.  “Money is created when loan are issued and debts incurred, Money is extinguished when loans are repaid.”  -John B. Henderson, Congressional Research service. 

The question that needs to be asked is, “When all money is creates as interest- bearing loans, where does the money come from to pay the interest on those loans?”  John M. Yetter, U.S. Treasury answered that question stating, “The money one borrower used to pay interest on a loan has been created somewhere else in the economy by another loan”.  It is clear to see that the interest makes the debt grow but not the money supply.  It is also clear that paying down the debt destroys the money supply.

It is time that you and your colleagues took a good look at the Constitution of the United States of America and upheld it.  The Constitution at Article 1 Section 8 clearly gives Congress the power to provide for the general Welfare, coin Money and established post Roads.  Congress should combine those 3 powers into one act that monetizes the value of building, upgrading and maintaining our public roads, and create money by creating the numbers, adding them to the general fund, then spending that money into circulation in lieu of taxation or bonding as a final, debt-free payment earned as wages by the people who do the producing (work) that benefits the general public.  It’s time that you and every other Congressman and Senator uphold your oath and do your Constitutional duty to create the money of the United States of America and spend it into circulation as a final, debt-free payment in a way that benefits all the people thereby providing for the General welfare.

At this time, Congress, working though the Bureau of Engraving and Printing prints the Cotton Linen currency we use. But, the Congress and the people get no monetary value from printing said currency because after it is printed it is sold the Federal Reserve Banks for the cost of printing.  For the people to be able to use the currency, they must buy it from the banks with the checkbook (numbers) money the people are forced to borrow at interest from the banks.  That is utter nonsense to the point of high treason.  

The only way to bring prosperity to the people is to stop borrowing money (numbers) from the banks that create the numbers they loan at the moment they loan them and extinguish them when they are repaid. 

Allowing the banks to create our medium of exchange as interest bearing debt has made debtors slaves of the American people and their government.  The banks have no authority to create money and should not be allowed to do so. Creating money is Congress job and duty.  This nonsense of being forced to borrow and pay interest have a medium of exchange is economic servitude and is in Violation of the 13th Amendment. It’s time you stop this high treason and uphold your Constitutional duty and create the money America needs. 

The only way to stop this financial enslavement, for the benefit of the special interests, is to have Congress create the money as a debt free final payment for the benefit and general welfare of the people.  Congress must create money that represents the peoples’ production or wealth that they should own not owe for.  Money should not represent what the people and their governments owe.   

Free people should not be in debt for to have a medium of exchange nor for what they produce and earn.

The second prong is to write off all of the unlawful debt starting at SECTON 31 of the Federal Reserve Act which clearly states, “the right to amend, alter, or repeal this Act is expressly reserved.”

“Federal Reserve notes are liabilities of the Federal Reserve Bank, obligations of the United States government and a first lien on all assets of the Federal Reserve banks and the collateral held against them. Congress has specified that Federal Reserve banks must hold collateral equal in value to the Federal Reserve notes that the bank receives so that if the Federal Reserve System were ever dissolved, the United States would take over the notes and the assets of the 12 Federal Reserve banks.* ” This needs to apply to all the banks that have created this fraudulent debt.  *Source: personal letter to Byron Dale from the United States Treasury.

Is it just my personal opinion that the reason Lincoln was in that position is because the nation had not paid its war debt to the Bank of England, and thus became a slave country to the Bank of England? Since Lincoln was a descendant of the Rothschild family (Rothschilds wanted America split north and south, with the Bank of England controlling the Northern States and the Bank of Fance controlling the Southern States [Rothschilds controlling both banks]) it was his family duty to split the country, but instead chose to violate the Constitution in another way, by forcing the States to stay together, after Thomas Jefferson said the states joined voluntarily, therefore, they have the right to secede. The Southern States were not a part of the country at the time the war debt was created 70 years previously, and didn't want to be held as the additional collateral for a war which they were not a part of.

i think the Constituiton even calls for American people to dissolve this broken government and replace it with one that will work and its our responsibility to do!  Have you heard any more about the secessionist movement i know here in Colorado even some counties are thinking about breaking away from the state!

i say good because politicians don't listen to the people anymore and i have to handed to Colorado they kicked out the senate president and another democrat that voted for strict gun laws!  But feel that states have every right to seperate from the union if it gets to powerful and crooked like it is today!  I think Texas

is still planning on leaving  i whole heartedly for them because this administration is the worst one we have ever had.  my personal belief is throw this whole administration out and should try all them for treason!

  Can't remember when right off hand but Martial law was called at the beginning of the second world war and has not ever been revoked so it's still there since every president since then has continued it. How do you think this criminal gets away with all this crap. Congress cannot override it. Only a sitting President can shut it down and that's not going to happen. whoever is there is not going to give up that authority.

  However there is a Constitutional Government forming - can't remember the sight right now but it's growing stronger every day. Search and join.

In Article I Section 9 Clause 2 states the writ of habeus corpus can not be suspended except in time of an extreme emergency. The imposition of martial law by the President is unconstitutional, but Lincoln felt that it was necessary for him to suspend certain portions of the Constitution in order to save the union. Since Lincoln many other Presidents have used this precedent to do whatever they felt was necessary and proper.

I suspect that many unconstitutional actions can be traced back to the misapplication of the "Necessary and Proper Clause."
