All choldren born to lawful residents of the Unired States shall become eligible to apply for Citizenship on their 18th birthday.

The House of Representatives shall consist of one representarive for every 50,000 lawful residents over the age of 18 there are currwntly 258 million lawful adult inhabitants in the Unuted States and the House of Representatives shoyld have 5,160 Congressonal  districts  each representing 50,000 residents,

Ecery 10 years a census will be taken to  add or subtrac seats according to changes in the population.

Each Congressional District shall have one Presidential Elector to be chpsen by the state legislatures, 

Each state legislature shall nominate a candidate for President and Vice President The votes will be tabulated and the top three candidates nominated will be chosen to run for the Presidency.
