The Federal government consists of the national, state, county and city corporations. The revenue generated by the Federal government exceeded 14 trillion dollars.

The national government collected 2.5 trillion dollars in taxes but earned an another 5 trillion dollars in investment income. Congress uses a fraudulent method of accounting and only allocates about one third on the revenue generated to fund the government.

Strange as it may seem, the national government claims that they spent 1.3 trillion dollars more than they took in and because of the imaginary deficit Congress will need to raise taxes to balance the budget. In reality the national government generated 7.5 trillion dollars and spent 3.8 trillion. While Congress claims we have a deficit of 1.3 trillion, we actually had a surplus of 3.7 trillion dollars.

Instead of bailing out the banks, why don't we demand that the 3.7 trillion dollar surplus be returned to its rightful owners. As you can see if the national government gave back to the American people the 2.5 trillion that they collected in taxes, the national government would still have a surplus of over a trillion dollars.

The fact is that no Federal taxes are necessary. The national government generates more than enough revenue from invested assets to pay for the governments cost of doing business.

Every tax payer should receive a cash rebate equal to every dollar they had extorted from them by the IRS last year. Can you imagine the economic consequences of such a decision?

Check the CAFR accounts

America would be better off with the FAIR TAX, I'm all for ELIMINATING the income tax and IRS--put the Fair Tax into law and it would end reporting income, tax audits, tax preparations,etc...and EVERYBODY will have "skin in the game", but it will up to them and their own personal spending habits as to how much taxes they will pay.  Those who have the most and spend the most--pay the most. It will encourage savings, bring home billions stashed in offshore accounts like GE and Jeff Immelt, formerly of OWEbama's Jobs Council, whose company got MILLIONS in bailout in 2010 even as they received $3.3 BILLION TAX REFUND and PAID ZERO TAXES, while having $102 BILLION stashed in 14 offshore accounts.  All those billions in offshore accounts will be invested in America--banks, financial institutions and mean an economic boom for this country.  WE the people need to downsize government, getting them OUT of our incomes and knowing how much money we make should be the first step.

Unfortunately you and most American's have been deceived by the Federal Crime Syndicate. Most people tend to believe what the government tells them is true. If you take the time to investigate you will discover that the American people are the victims of massive amounts of fraud. Go to the following website and discover for yourself.

That is very true, and it goes very deep as well.  Folks, the IRS is a huge fraud, and you can prove it to yourself. Not only is it a "voluntary" system, which they obviously refute, they are illegally extracting most American's money through the so-called "income" tax. Your wages, salary or compensation for service is NOT lawful "income" and was never originally intended as a target for taxation. You can prove this as well.

Imagine not having ANY taxes on your wages.

In addition, the IRS is not a government agency, is violating its own rules in procedures, and the IR code has no place where it makes most American's liable for filing any 1040 form, among many other criminal issues they are involved. Clearly a case of Racketeering.

The U.S. Supreme Court recently refused to hear my case brought against the IRS on many of these issues, (after 9 other court cases over several years, where due process was denied, and the courts completely ignored the evidence), denied me due process, ignored its own laws and rules, declared that due process is dead for us all in this issue, and that the Constitution has no meaning any longer. The IRS waived its right to respond to the case, which is a default under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 55 which demands that any default be filed in the case. The Supreme Court did NOT follow this rule.

See docket at http://www.supremecourt.gov/Search.aspx?FileName=/docketfiles/12-61...

Research the subject yourself... http://foundationfortruthinlaw.org/income-tax.html

and read for yourself what "income" is...

and read the entire IRS suit and learn about the fraud...

Knowing the truth, and standing on your rights and the laws that are in our favor are vital. We must "withdraw our consent" and put the IRS and other government agencies back into their own jurisdiction!!!

Until a couple of months ago, I had no idea  what Constitutional income was, didn't know the meaning of 'capitation' tax and didn't understand that the 16th Amendment was an attempt to lay taxes on those who gained the most protection from government (those who lived lavish lifestyles on passive, unearned income). Then I read a book called "Constitutional Income: Do You Have Any?" by Phil Hart. The basic premise of the book is that wages and salaries are not "income" within the taxing authority of the 16th Amendment (and should never have been taxed in the first place). And he's right as rain. I highly recommend that book.

Now, what do we do about it? For that matter what do we do about Obamacare, Benghazi, the NSA, the NDAA, the UN, the Muslims, Common Core, Christian censorship, the coverups and corruption in every level of every branch of government, especially the federal government, the unconstitutional rulings of the Supreme Court and the fact that our laws are made on unconstitutional premises?... hell, I could go on and on. What can we realistically do about it?

Well, I'm hoping for the best by doing what I can to educate people (and myself); and preparing for the worst. I hate to admit it, but I've pretty much given up on writing and phoning my so-called  representatives. It's my opinion that Patriots, true American Patriots, need to go on the offensive against the communists and despots the same way that the communists and despots have gone on the offensive against us. But in order to do that, we need to have the same kind of solidarity that they do. Right now we don't have that.

The only way, in my opinion, to deal with the unconstitutional tax system we have today in this country is to just not pay taxes on wages and salaries. Civil disobedience. But that would only work if, say, 100 million wage earners just refused to pay. Remember Cloward-Piven? Bill Ayres and Hillary? Overload the system? Of course, that would lead to martial law since the government is the banking system, or vice-versa, (remember the bail-outs?) and they have access to everyone's assets and could take their extortion anyway... which would mean a physical fight. A fight that's been coming for a long, long time. Or maybe it would lead to the issue finally coming before the Supreme Court, which it never has. I'm just say'in...

I have not been paying IRS for years. I do not fight them. I just simply refuse to sign their contracts. They are more commonly known by 1040, 1090, and who knows how many others. If you don't sign the contracts, you are under no obligation to pay. It truly is VOLUNTARY! If you sign the contracts, you better pay. I just refuse to sign the contracts. I work for people who allow me to take care of my taxes myself, and I do just that. I keep it. It is my money, not the IRS's. An employer becomes an IRS agent when they start collecting taxes for the IRS. There is no law that requires you to pay the IRS, unless--- you are a government worker. That is right. Government workers are the only ones who are required to pay the IRS. Statutes and Codes only apply to government workers!! Laws are what the private sector are held accountable to.

I believe the Fed and IRS are now history which will soon become public knowledge. In the mean time the illusion still remains.

We have to stop feeding the bears.

I already have stopped feeding the bears, and someday, I hope to figure out this computer procedure. I did not fight the IRS, I did not have to. It is totally voluntary if you want to sign their contracts, and everybody has a right to be a slave, if they want to. That is their choice, but not mine. Employers who demand you sign those 1040s, 1090s, and other contracts, are operating as IRS agents by collecting taxes for them. I only work/contract with people who let me take care of my tax matters myself. The Constitution guarantees the right to unlimited right to contract, and I exercise it.

I just re-listened to Randy Due's presentation. I am in the process of using it, and am so grateful to you and him for his info.
