The Ku Klux Klan is an American Protestant-led Christian white supremacist, hate group. The members claim the Bible and the Constitution justifies their intense  hatred of Jews, Catholics, Native Americans and Negroes.

The Klan was created by the Democrats to harass and intimidate potential blacks voters to keep them from voting.

Members of the Klan were responsible for the lynching of over 2,000 black men during the post Civil War Era. 

Instead of honoring their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the rights of black Americans many of the County Sheriffs refused to arrest the perpatraors for their crimes.

When the County Sheriff fails to honor their oath they have committed treason which is a capital crime that carries a minimum of a five year prison sentence and a Ten Thousand Dollar.
