I Am Not a Sovereign and Neither Are You!

I am not a sovereign and neither are you. We were all endowed by our Creator with the same rights and responsibilities. God who is the Creator is the only sovereign and none of us has authority or jurisdiction over anyone else.

God wrote the laws that govern the universe and the founders of our nation referred to them as the "Laws of Nature and Nature's God". The rules written by legislatures are inferior to the Laws of God. When the laws of men conflict with the laws of God the laws of God take precedent.

I have a right to do whatever I want as long as I do not violate the life, liberty or property of another human. Whenever an individual violates the rights of another they have committed a crime. No crime can be committed unless there is a victim, (Corpus Delecti). The only people who should ever be in prison are those who injure another being, human or not. If you abuse life, you should be punished. You should not be incarcerated or have your property seized for "Code Violations" or "Traffic Infractions", etc.

You are correct, the gov is inherently forbidden into entering any treaty which negatively impacts the constitutionally secured or granted rights of Americans.

Unfortunately the communists have taken over and are now operating upon an official policy that all rights, including due process, have by some magic been legally suspended.

From the mouth of Bill as I have said the constitution Federal is an enumeration of rights for the Government not of the people.

Now I would say our next step is to define the powers of the States as to the powef of the people for in my studies each municipality must be controlled by people who know the workings of civic duty. We now leave that to the City councils and to the county commissioners and most decisions they make they have no input by the public general only special interests.

Entertaining the conclusion that the people have no power in addressing their servants has long been the problem with those who just cant take the time to be responsible for their areas of influence  therefore I put to all of you that this broken system can only be repaired through hard core learning of ones rights and responsibilities. Then and only then can we discuss the next steps, for inherently as many has said on here we are at the whims of our own ignorances as well as our knowledge.

Laws are to be interpreted under the original intent of the constitution.  The meaning of words and phrases change over time so one must look at what a word or phrase meant at the time it was written.

Recent statues are interpreted by the plain wording of the statute unless unclear - then the court is suppose to refer back to what the legislature intended for the law to be.  If that is unclear, the law is considered unconstitutionally vague.

In reply to Quisno Rodonovich about the states.  In regard to whites, particularly those born in a state, the states were delegated certain powers in the constitutions that created them.  All other powers are forbidden.

The fed gov was created when the states delegated some of their powers and duties to a central gov.  The powers of the fed gov cannot exceed the original powers conferred upon the states because the states cannot delegate powers they never had.

Under the gov [ known false ] claim that state born whites, by some unknown magic has become a federal citizen via the 14th, they have been stripped of almost all their birthright rights and relegated to the status of mere subjects.

Now, as per official gov policy, even those few rights have been stripped away.  Welcome to communism.
