The Members of the Board of Directors need to share a set of common beliefs.

1. It is a self evident truth that our rights were granted to us by a Creator.

2. All men, women and children are equal in the sight of the Creator.

3. Every man must respect the lives, liberty and property of his fellow man.

4. Force is only justified in defending one's life, liberty or property.

5. Governments derive their authoriy from the powerenumerated in the Constitution for the united States.

6. When government abuses the rights of the people, it is the responsibility of the people to alter or abolish it.

7. Compulsory taxation is immoral and is a form of theft that violates the property rights of the individual.

8, No crime can take place unless the life, liberty or property of an individual has been violated.

9. It is immoral to obey unjust laws and it is our duty to refuse to comply with laws that violate the rights of others.

10. We believe that everyone is free to think and act for themselves and we will not try to compel others to accept what we believe.

11. We believe that everyone is free to think and act for themselves, and while we may encourage others to believe as we do, we will not compel you to do so.

12. The principles of our nations were expressed in the Declaration of Independence and we believe the Constitution needs to be strictly obsrved.

I have good idea let get rid of Federal Government and the U.S Constitution and gave the land back to Indians since we stole in the first place.

Federal Land is not owned by the United States, it is owned by the people of the state where the land is located. The United States only has jurisdiction in the District of Columbia according to Article I Section 8 Clause 17.

The term Federal refers to a system of government characterized by a city, county, state and national government. All land is either public or private. Private land is owned by individuals and public land is owned by the people collectively living in the jurisdiction where the land is located.

Cliven Bundy is correct and your are uninformed.

 “To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dockyards, and other needful Buildings;” Article One, Section 8, United States Constitution

Once again, the Constitution is written so clearly that it takes a liar to say that it authorizes the federal government to take and/or manage property within the United States for reasons other than “Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dockyards, and other needful Buildings”. Of course, “other needful Buildings” is not specific. However, any sane person will understand that the Constitution is talking about either military uses, e.g., bases, or the buildings necessary to fulfill the other federal duties, e.g., post offices.

Neither the United State Constitution nor The Federalist Papers mention national parks, national monuments, Bureau of Land Management, national forests, "protected land" or national land regulations. However, we can infer from the Papers and the ratification debate that the States would not have ratified the Constitution if it gave the federal government the power to come into a State and take control of land.

“The size of this federal district is limited. The State ceding the land for this use must consent. The State will make a compact with the federal government, assuring the rights of the citizens of the district. The inhabitants will have enough inducements to become willing parties to the cession. An elected municipal legislature will exercise authority over them. The legislature of the State and the people who live in the ceded part will agree to the cession and ratify the Constitution. Therefore, this seems to cover every objection.

“The federal government must have authority over forts, military depots, arsenals, dockyards, etc. Public money will be spent on such places. The property and equipment stored there should not be under State authority. These are important to the security of the entire Union and shouldn’t depend on one State. However, each State where they are located must agree.”

Except for the small amount of land listed in the Constitution, it is clear that the federal government is not supposed to own property within the United States. The Constitution cannot be faulted for the federal land grab that has been detrimental to the economy and well-being of the States. The States have allowed this invasion of unconstitutional federal power.

To further highlight how out of kilter the federal government’s role has become, it is doing a better job keeping United States citizens off federally owned land than protecting our borders from illegal entry.

The importance of private property to the Founding Fathers and the people who ratified the Constitution cannot be overstated.

but here we hve Western states admission acts giving their 'excess'lands' to the federal government. And the organic act in 1871 allowing this to happen. And we have the 14th amendment and States rights for the people by none other than Barron Vs Baltimore but now turned into  privileges!

We the people have allowed this cancer to form and we must be the doctors who remove it from the Body politic wouldn't you say?

And we have a helper who waits;  maybe its time to invoke our God more in the finding of our needed answers.

Yeaaa, Boyd Conklin, Someone finally hit the hammer on the nail,. Its seem that the Board of Directors want to walk the fence. In God Word He talked about lukewarm church and people in Revelation 3: 15-16,  In verse 15:I know  your works, that you are neither cold nor hot,I could wish you were cold or hot. 16- So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold or hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.  Halfheartedness  produces bad results.

interesting,  Mans religion today is spoken word,  the gleaning of the passages are used for mans work not for God. Christianity often mocks its maker. And we wonder why this nation falters. It has been said that Michelle Obamas true name is Michael. I have seen pictures of the physical  and have many questions from those vrews.

we are told to query not about this president. We are to be made our own censurers. Question not the Elders of the 501 3c's who are now the major churches and practice working with the federal agency Homeland Security.

People now say as long a they do it in their own homes that this is admissible?

I was ignorant when I entered the service in 1962 but being top 1% in my Radio/telephone course 293 /294/295 and 6  and being able to translate the 4 number codes with speed I was teleported into Army intelligence.

As I could not only use but could rebuild their communication sets I was in high demand in the excessive moisture in the jungles of Vietnam.  was used in developing a code system. But I must tred softly here because im in a quick sand area.

Today?  I have a burgening community hidden in  sight in a mining area.. I move information >study Supreme Court decisions and have a son who has joined me.

we have seen the operation of the Forrest service and the needed ability to keep them collard by their own makeshift laws for if they had their way we would be another failure.  Then On the lands we've studied the laws tho unlawfull which are used against property and claim holders.

a lot of our work is on the Article V site but we had to cease because of adverse happenings computer attacks tapped phones etc the usual.

I have friends in lo places and things I used to say just 8 to 10 years ago was well criticized. today  people just listen probably just so that I will shut up.

I have to be carefull of feelings for my job is not to divide but to include. I love Attorneys because they speak from the Bar. mostly liberal and they always have an agenda. Lawyers seem to understand the true situation better. But they all are part of the decimation of the laws of the true Republic. 

Soon we may will have a world war> I pray that people find a workable community to spend their life in for in> 2014 food will become the issue in this nation as food doubles in price.

Electricity will double this year,   taxes will be at their highest level ever> and the disparagy between people supporting those on Welfare will climb sharply from the 86 million who take care of the 146 million who have some sort of welfare now.

lots I left out but I don't wish to be censured,  not that Keith would,  but some  in here could apply it through harsh words and  as i like  few others  really  like to be criticized harshly I will listen.

imaybe the Federal government doesnt own the land (maybe) but acts like the 1871 organic and admissions from the states in the West seem to point other wise. And Mr Bundy as well as mr Hage and as many as 52 others are findng tthat the UNITED STATES now controls this Narrative as they have old acts of  law behind their actions.

Is there any way to draft as a group of concerned citizens a document that can call a temp. restraining order to the Bundy's and then request a grand jury investigation on the "CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS" that is taking place at the Bundy Ranch?
