The Death of Our Constitutional Republic

Up until the election of 1860 the United States was a republic. When 7 of the Southern states seceded from the Union the Empire of the United States began to take shape. In the fall of 1863 President Lincoln declare martial law and suspended the Constitution. For the duration of the war he became the military dictator of the United States. With the suspension of the Constitution, all of the branches of government were vacated. Congress became an unauthorized body with no Constitutional authority. The United States had become a dictatorship.

Since the imposition of martial law in September of 1863 no subsequent man serving as the de facto President rescinded the declaration of martial law and every President since Lincoln has been a military dictator that was elected by the people. When the United States became a dictatorship it also became an empire. Instead of a Constitutional Republic we became an oligarchy of the financial elite.

A Municipal Corporation named the UNITED STATES was created by Congress in 1871. This corporation has been masquerading as our lawful government ever since. With the fraudulent ratification of the 14th amendment, we the people became Citizens of the UNITED STATES and subject to their jurisdiction. Without our knowledge were tricked into signing contracts with this corporation that waived our God given rights. These contracts obligated us to become unpaid employees of the corporate UNITED STATES.

We have been defrauded by those that we have elected to serve us. The question is how much fraud are you going to tolerate. The financial elite that are running the government created the corporation so that they could steal the wealth of the American people while masquerading as a legitimate government.

you know this is kind of hard to sink in because of what we were taught.  I understand the concept but i really thought Lincoln had to do these measure because of the war!  But as i think about it any president can do this and i really suspect obama will do something like declare himself king or dictator! Once martial law is declare that is the end of our country and hello to Fema camps.  Well the thing is obama and the politicians are just the symptoms of what is really wrong.  Its the Bilderbergs(rockefellers-Rothschilds) that is where the root of the problem is you have to get to these guys and the frist thing is get rid of the Federal Reserve(private bank) but people don't understand money and i am just learning myself and also the UCC is a big part of the problem.  This covers all laws especially contract and banking laws and they purposely

made it long and confusing people will not read it but really need to but it puts an average person to sleep and that's what they are counting on and how they get away with pillaging our country! We need to somehow get away from the control the bankers have on us or we will for sure be total slaves!

Since there is no provision in the Constitution for voiding it, that order is technically null and void. It is effective only because people comply.

  All these organizations posing as American the IRS even the FBI and FEMA. We and our fathers have been lied to for so long it's amazing GOD hasn't destroyed this world already. We were taught that all the other countrys in the world were ruled by criminals when the worst were right here all the time.

OK so give up your SSN, all future gov't money, deny your 14th Amendment citizenship, declare your new sovereign Citizenship, buy tangible goods and stop paying income tax. Tell them all to go stuff it until they can prove in no uncertain terms in common language that you are that 14th Amendment citizen. Take full charge of and responsibility for everything in your life, especially your health care and teaching your children the need for the Constitution and the God it is built around. Stop taking crap from these people who think it is their job to run your life. Deny the fraud. Challenge them in court. File Title 18 Charges against anyone who would stop you from exercising all or any of your rights. There are some 543 people in D.C. that are telling some 320 million of us what to do. That's unacceptable in today's world. We need more representation. More Representatives per capita. More freedom, less government. I for one don't need them but for the nine things they should be doing. Nothing else. Since Lincoln we have been a Socialist Dictatorship and since The War Powers Act of Mar. 9th, 1933 under FDR, we have been declared the enemy by our own government and called selfish hoarders for wanting the bank to keep their word and return us our gold "Upon Demand". This Act has never been overturned. It stands as law today. Every President has sworn to uphold it. Only a U.S.President can undo it. None has. People have no idea of the depth of this fraud you speak of. We've only scratched the surface here.

I was once told that I am way too well informed. Sometimes I wish it wasn't so. It makes me ill to see what we have allowed our land to become. The Indian tribal elders knew even way back then that we would ruin the land that for thousands of years went uninjured by our presence. We slaughtered MILLIONS of buffalo, tried to put up toll booths at Niagara Falls. One guy even tried to take the whole Grand Canyon for himself, for mining. I'm no environmentalist, but the "Land of the Free" is in big trouble right now and nobody is doing a thing about it. Day after day we allow the fraud to continue. When DO we stop?

George you are correct that there is no provision in the Constitution that specifically gives the President the authority to declare martial law. In Article I Section 9 Clause 2 states the writ of habeus corpus can not be suspended except in time of an extreme emergency. The imposition of martial law by the President is unconstitutional, but Lincoln felt that it was necessary for him to suspend certain portions of the Constitution in order to save the union. Since Lincoln many other Presidents have used this precedent to do whatever they felt was necessary and proper.

I suspect that many unconstitutional actions can be traced back to the misapplication of the "Necessary and Proper Clause."

  I'm 70 now and should've croaked last year so I'll probably be gone to my Fathers house before this country gets anywhere near to coming back to the constitution. I've been readin some of the stuff on hisadvocates and it's depressing to find out just how long these super wealthy familys have been causing EVERY SINGLE WAR IN THE WORLD ONLY TO PUT MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS. tHEY AND THEIR FAMILY SHOULD BE WIPED FROM THE FACE OF THE WORLD. God -of course- will in HIS time. It's so sad because they could have become world leaders out in the open and with funding research made the entire world paradise and probably space travel would be already ho hum by now. But they refer to us as no more than live stock. We are only necessary as long as there are enough of us to serve them.

Good article Keith. What we must do is gain control of government. To do so voters must come together around two truths.  1. Government was created to secure for us our unalienable RIGHTS to Life, Liberty, and an opportunity to pursue happiness.  2. Messages citing problems and an implied need to gain control of the Federal government in order to correct them - but which never offer a clue as to how we might do so - are a lost opportunity. Please consider including the following in your releases.

 Peaceful options for gaining control of the Federal government are:

1. elect a President and/or totally new Congress having the courage, knowledge and integrity to honor their oath of office.
