Unlike the County Sheriff, the Chief of Police is not elected by the people. He or she is appointed by City Council. As the law emforcemnt officer of an incorporated city, he or she is a glorified tax collector like the Sheriff of Nottingham.

The County Sheriff is the Chief Law Enforement Officer in the County and the Police Departments are agencies owned and operated by a minicipal corporation

The County Sheriffs job is to protect the lives, liberty and property of the people while the jpb of the police departmrnt is to enforce rules, regulations, codes, ordiances and statutes in order to raise revenue for the coeporation.

The federal government owns 13.07 percent of Florida's total land, 4,536,811 acres out of 34,721,280 total acres. Florida ranked 13th in the nation in federal land ownership.

The State of Florida is not able to collect taxes on property owned by the Federal governemnt. If the Federal government paid Florida 300 dollars in taxes per acre for the land they claim to own in Florida it would raise ebough revenue to fund Florida's emtire budget for a year.

The foundation of our Constitutional Republic rested on a set of sound primciples, Gradually over time these  principles have abandoned and we have suffered the inevitible consequences.

If our ConstitutionalRe[ublic is to be restored we need to return to the principles upon which our nation was founded,

Check and Balances  With the direct election of senators we have lost the checks and balances of our bicameral legislatire lgislature is now have  a unicameral legislatire with two houses representing the Wall Street bankers and cor[prations.

Limited Government:We no longer have a  government that is limited, we now have a Congress that exceeds its Constitutional authority and does whatever they want. Since 1789 Congress jas [assed pver 30,000 laws and/or resultions most of whixh are unnecessary and improper.

Imdividual Rights: Our rights have become privileges due to a dysfunctuianl Supreme Court that renders opinions that violate the principels and original intebt of our founding fathers.

Republicanism: Our Repiblican has become a democracy where the will of the majority trups the rule of law.

Federalism: Our Federal government no longer exists, it jas been replaced with a National government,

Equal Representation: The states are no longer equally represnted on in the House of Representatives.

Electorial College:The "Winner Take All" method of allocatimg electoral votes creates a democratic tyranny of thr majoruty.

Two Party Tyranny:The existance of only two major political parties give the people the illusion that their best unterest are being promoted.

It is the responsibility of our public servants to homor they oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and it is the responsibility of "We the People" to hold them accountable.

The Price of Liberty is eternal vibilance and we must realize that with our rights come the responsubility know our rights before we can defend them,

The Constitution is a recipe for liberty, equality and  Justice if we  adhere to the siund principles of our founding fathers we will enjoy peace, prosperity and freedom.

Our Founding Fathers understood the dangers associated with Democracies. They knew that the rights of individuals could not be protected against the tyranny of a majority faction

This is why the founders created a Republican form of governmnt with an Electoral College. They wanted the President to be chosen bty a relatively small group of wise men of integrity rather than a large group of uninformed voters.

They believed it would be a mistake to trust the people at large to makes such an important decision. The knew that having a nationwide popular election to choose the President was a bad idea.

In order for the voters in the small states from being completely dominated by the large states they created what is known as the Electoral College.

They wanted a relatively small panel of wise men to choose the President for and in behalf of the people in their state.

The founders delegated to the states the auhtority to decide how the electors would be chosen, but had no authority to compel the electors to vote for a particular candidate.

Only 43,782 people voted in the Presidential election  of George Washington in 1788, but it was the votes of the 69 electors that elected him.

Statewide Popular elections were not even held in most states until the election of 1828. As a result the people living in the large population centers determened the winner in every Presidential election.

The "Winner Take All" system of allocating electoral votes promyes demovracy by awarding all of the states elecoral votes to the candidate receiving the most popular election.

If only votes of the candidate winning the popular vote are counted all of the votes for opposition candidate disregarded.

Statewide Presidential elections are nothing more than glorified popularity contests that promote a tyranny of the majority,

Today, only in Maine and Nebraska are the people's votes counted and allocated to both candidates according to  the percentage of popular votes they received,

In Article IV the Constitution guarantees to every state a Republican form of government and the "Winner Take All" method of allocating electoral votes is a principle of a demicratic rather than a republican form of government.

Instead of having statewide Presidntial elections with all of the state;s electoral votes going to to one cnduidate , we should have a Presidential election in each of the 438 Congressional Districts with each district having 1 electoral vote.

Thank you, Keith, for posting this. You have given me the approach I will give to my County Chairmen to use when educating the public.  THIS is what will resonate with the people.  Thank you.

I'm going to call you tomorrow; I have some constitution questions. and  YOU are my go-to guy for that.

There are literally millions of Americans who claim to love God and their country, but unfortuntely most of who those who claim to be Patriots love their money more than their God or their Country.

Many wealthyAmericans have donated vast sums of money to fund the election of candidates who routinely violate the Constitution. These politicians love money and power more than they love God and the people they are supposed to represent.

The love of money has turned Congress into a den of thieves and in order to cleanse the House  we need the  genuine American Patriots to step up to the plate and help fund the restoration of our repiblic.

Rather than seeking to acquire more wealth we need to share a portion of that which to restore our Constitutiom and the principles upon which it was founded.

It is the goal of the Constitution Party  to elect virtuous men and women who share your love of God and Country .

Billions of dollars are invested by the Wall Street bankers  and corporations every four years to elect a President and a Congress who will repay them with generous tax nreaks and subsidies.

We are asking those who truly love their God and Country to join the Constitution Party in their effort to restore the principles upon which our nation was founded

Ublike the Republican and Democratic Parties the Constitution Party does not accept donations from Corporations, Unions or Political Action Committees.

Identifying the Basic Beliefs of All Religions

Several of the Founders have left us with descriptions of their basic religious beliefs, and Benjamin Franklin summarized those which he felt were the "fundamental points in all sound religion." This is the way he said it in a letter to Ezra Stiles, president of Yale University:

"Here is my creed: I believe in one God, the Creator of the universe. That he governs it by his providence. That he ought to be worshipped. That the most acceptable service we render to him is in doing good to his other children. That the soul of man is immortal, and will be treated with justice in another life respecting its conduct in this. These I take to be  the fundamental points in all sound religion."

The five points of fundamental religious belief expressed or implied in Franklin's statement are these:

    1. There exists a Creator who made all things, and mankind should recognize and worship Him.
    2. The Creator has revealed a moral code of behavior for happy living which distinguishes right from wrong.
    3. The Creator holds mankind responsible for the way they treat each other.
    4. All mankind live beyond this life.
    5. In the next life mankind are judged for their conduct in this one.

In the United States today there are over 50 million   homes that are owned by the local county government . Most Americans think they own their homes, but the fact is that they are actually tenants on property owned ny their a municipal county government.

If the property taxes are not paid the house you thought you owned gets repossessed by the its lawful owner. Property taxes are the rent you pay for the privilege of living on their land.

Even after your mortgage is paid in full you must  contunue paying property taxes or should I say rent until the day you die.

The very first plank in the Communisy Manifesto is the abolition of private property.
