There are over 35,000 towns, cities and villages that are governed by unicameral  legislative systems, 

The Unicameral model has provent to be more efficient and less expensive than the Bicameral model that is used to govern the legislatures of the states.

Nebraska is the only state that has a non partisan Unicameral Legislature. The Bicameral Legislative model is chacterized by partisan politics and turns the legislators into representatives if the political parties instead of their constituents.

Would it be a good idea to have a bicameal Board of County Commissioners?

According to Sir William Blackstone in his "Commentaries on the English Law" children inherit their status as Natural Born Citizens from their fathers. The citizenship of the mother and the location of the birth were not considered.

All of the men in attendance at the Constitutional Convention knew that they were not Natural Born Citizens because none of their fathers were citizens  of the United States when they were born. It wasn't intil 1783 and the Treaty of Paris  that the world recognize that men in the Unuted States would become citizens.

The convention delegates wanted to insure that all future Presidents would have an undivided loyalty to the Untited States and feared that the loyalty of men who were the sons of Natural Born subjects of the King may be compromised. They exempted themselves from the requirement to be a Natural Born Citizen and ot wasn't until 1840 that the first Natural Born President was inaugurated.

Kamala Harris was born in the United States, which makes her a 14th Amendmendment Citizen, but because her father was not a U.S. Citizen when she was born she. is not a Natural Born Citizen and is not eligible to run for the Presidency,

According to Article II all Presidential candidates must meet the following requirementd.

1. Attained the age of 35
2. Been a resident of the United States for 14 years
3. Be a Natural Born Citizen

 The eligibility of all candidates need to be certified by each state before their names can appear on the ballot in their state.

Choosing one party over the other is like choosing to lace your Kool Aid with Cyanide or Arsenic. The time has come for those voters who believe in the principles of liberty and a limited government need to abandon the two major parties and join the Constitution Party.
