In order to protect the people from the harm caused by doctors, dentists and lawyers who had spent years and thousands of dollars preparing to be licensed serve the public.

Stockbrokers, insurance agents, school teachers nd accountants must be certified

Doctors are required to take the Hippocratic Oath declaring that they will adhere to established ethical standards and do no harm,

All public officials have taken a similar oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and if those who violate their oath are not held accountable the officials will coninue exploiting the people they were elected to serve..

When lawyers violate ethical standard they can be lose their licnse to practice law and those who have been elected to serve must honor their oath..

Why is it that public servants who have  invested so little time and effort to become  Constitutionalky literate are being allowed to remain in office while violating the Constitution they have taken an oath to preserve..

I believe that every candidate running for a public office at the city, county, state and federal level should obtain a professional designation as a Certified Constitutional Scholar.

How Our Republic Became a Democracy

At the Constitutional; Comvention the most hotly comstested debate was over how the states would be represented in Comgress.

In the Congress under the Articles of Comfederation all of the states were equally represemted. The states like Virginia which had a large population believed that equal represenmtation favored the small states and gave them an unfair advantage over the large states. James Madison proposed what became known as tthe Virginia Plan which allocated seats in the House of Representatives to be based on the population..

The Virginia Plan, which favored the large states was unacceptable to the small states and neither side was wulling to budge.

Roger Sherman od Connecticut broke the impass when he proposed a compromise that would create a bicameral legislature with a House of Representatives based on proportional representation and a Senate based on equal representation.

This legislative model prevented the large states from dominating the small states

Following the examplem all of the states adopted the same bicameral legislative model to protect their rural counties from a tyranny of the larger metropolitan counties.

When  the 17th Amendment was fraudulently ratified the state legislatures lost their voice in the senate which turned the our bicameral legislature into a unicameral legislatire with two houses representing the people.

In Article V there is an amendment protection clause stating  . . . . . .  no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

When the 17th A,mendment was fraudulently ratified our bicameral legislature oir republic became a democracy.

In the 1960's the Supreme Court riled that it was uncomstitutional for the counties of a state to be equally represented in their states legislature. The court rupef that the states could be rqually represented in the U.S. Senate but it was unconstitutional for the counties to be equally represented in the tates.

According to the provisions in the Tenth Amendment any  power  not delegated to the government of the United States that are not prohibited to the states are reserved to the states and to the people.

The Supreme Court rulings on apportionment in the legislatures of thee states was ourside of their Constitutional jurisdiction.

How Our Republic Became a Democracy

The Founding Fathers wanted to create a limited government that would protect the God given rights of the  people. They knew that governments ruled by an oligarchy of the financcial elite  and governments ruled by of ignorant and uniformed voters could not prorect the rights of individuals.

They undestood that just governments would need to be governed by the rule of law rather than the opinions of the people.

For that reason the men who wrote our Constitution rejected democracy in favor of creating a Constitutional republic governed by the rule of law..

Founders who wanted to create a much stronger National government  realized that in order to achieve their objectives would need to misinteroret the original intent od tge Founding Fathers,

The Constitution was document  based on Eight Key Principles

    1. Limited Government
    2. Republicanism
    3. Federalism
    4. Indicudual Rights
    5. Bicameral Legislatures
    6. Checks and Balances
    7. Separation of Powers
    8. Popular Sovereignty

All of the Founding Principles have been compromised  and over time our republic has become democracy.

Is it better to be ruled by a ruthless dictator or governed ny the will of a majority of ignorant uniformed voters?

Why did our founding fathers choose to establish a republic instead of a democracy?

    Why was the Constitution written?

  • Keith Broaders

After extensive debate, the framers of the Constitution agreed to create the House with representation based on Proportiomal Representation and the Senate based on equal representation.

States with twice as many people would be entitled to twice as many representatatives. and as the popularion of a state increased over time the ratio between the number of people and the number of representatives would remain constant.

The Founding Fathers established that each state would be entitled to one representative for every 30,000 inhabitants.

In Federalist 55 - Madison addressed a range of important issues, including the proper size of the House of Representatives, the role of representation in a republican government, and the importance of civic republican virtue.

In Federalist 56 - One of the criticisms raised against the Constitution was that there were too few members in the House of Representatives to adequately represent constituents.

The rule reads: “The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand.” This clause was intended ti limit the size of Congressional District, not to limit the number of Congressional representatives.

     Los Angeles County

The nearly 10,000,000 people living in Los Angeles County could not survive without the nearly 2 billion gallons of water supplied annually by the other 56 counties in California.

Without the water supplied from other counties. Los Angeles would become a ghost town.

Because L A County controls the state legislature the residents of the other counties have virtually no say ,

When all of the counties were represented in the Califirnia State Legislatire they had a voice, but when the Supreme Court ruled that the state's practice of equally representing the counties was unconstitutional the counties lost their voice.

The two U.S. Senators don't represent the people of the entire state, they represent the people of LA County.

The End of Our Bicameral Legislature

Our founding fathers unrterstood that men in positions of power aught not trusted and that being ruled by the will of a majority was just as dangerous.

By creating a bicameral legislature our founders protected the small states from legislation that would benefit the large states at their expense.

The purpose of the senate was to prevent the majority in the House of Representatives from passing legislation that was harmful to the people in the small states.

When the 17th Amendment was fraudulently ratified in 1913 the senate lost ability to prevent the abuse of power by the majority of representatives from the large states. In 1913 our bicamerial legislature was repalced with a unicameral legislatire with two houses representing the majority and no house to represent the onterests of the states.

When a man gives his consent to be governeed he loses his sovereignty and his God given rights. A man who is governed is not a freeman, he is a subject to the authority of a ruling class.

A man gives his consent by obeying the laws enacted by the rulers. When he refuses to obey the unjust laws, he withdraws his consent and the strip their government of their right to govern.

Thomas Jefferson stated in the Declaration of Independence that governments are created by the consent of the governed. He also said that the people have a right to alter of abolish their government.

This can happen when a sufficient number of people withdraw their consent. This is done when the people refuse to obey the unjust laws, rules and regulations.

When you tolerate injustice you give your consent to tyranny. You can only become a victim if you give your consent.

When you choose to vote and pay Federal Income Taxes you give your consent.

Today there are 17 million high school students in the United States and half of them will be eligible to vote in the next election.

On order to elect candidates that love liberty as much as you and I, we need to create a nationwide network  of Teenage Patriots to prepare to become our future represntatives. .

This organization's goal is to create chapters in all axross America where teenage patriots will learn the primciples luberty and become Constitutional Scholars.

Patriotic adults will serve advisors, but the organization will be led fellow students.

The students will be groomed to become future Federal amd/or state legislators.

If you like this idea please let me know.

As the next President of the United States I would strictly honor my oath preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and will veto any and all bills passed by Congress that are not enumerated in Article I Section 8.

In my first 100 days in office I would encourage Congress to repeal all previously passed legislation that is not amomg the powers enumerated in Article I Section 8.

I would propose the repeal of the 16th and 17th Amendments and the Federal Reserve Act.

I would enforce the immigration laws and would use my Constitutional authority to shut down unnecessary Federal Regulatory Agencies like the Department of Education and the Bureau of Land Management.

I would return to the states the 600 million acres of  Federal owned land and would refuse to drop a sngle bomb during my term in office.

As Commander in Chief  I would begin to close the 750 U.S. military bases that are located around the world. I would also propose leaving the United Nations.

All three are critical for the functioning of the government. Delegated powers of the executive branch include

    1. enforcing laws executing orders

    2 vetoes

    3. pardons

    4. commanding the military,

    5. nomonating the Federal Judges, cabinet, members abd ambassadors

Racism is not natural, it needs to be taught and the seeds of racisn were planted by the Christian Pastors in when the British Colonies were established in North America17th Century.

It was when Columbus returned to Spain  he sought permission from Pope Alexander to claim all of the land he discovered for Spain and to subjugate all pagans, saracens and Non Christians in the lands he dicovered.

It was the position of the Church that White Euriopean Christian were superior to all other races. religions and creeds..

The predominately  Christian Nation  embtaced  the Papal Bull known as the Doctrine of Discovery issued by Pope Alexander and the rest is history.

The Constitution was written by a wealthy oligarchy of white Christian men that wanted to maintain their positions in the socio-economic heirarchy for themselves  and their posterity.

For hundreds of years the men and women from Africa who were  imported to the Unted States to labor in the fields of the financial elete were considered to be property rather tgan people.

Choosing the Lesser of Two Evils

In the middle of the 20th Century the Bonanno and Gambino crime families dominated organized crime in the bouroughs of New York. Today the crime families have been replaced by two new gangs that masquerade as public servants.

These gangs have convinced the people that by voting of for the criminals that they want to pick their pocket swe will all be better off.

The 756 billionaires in the Unuted States invest hundreds of millions of dollars every two years to purchase politicians to represent them in Congress.

Then millions of ignorant amd uninformed voters get to choose the lesser of two evils. No matter who the people  choose richest Americans win and the rest of us lose.  How long would you continue to patronize a crooked casino. When you register as a democrat or a republicam and vote in their sham elections you are giving your consent to be the victims of legal plunder.

Nearly half of the250 million eligible voters in the last Congressional election did'nt even bother to vote. If this mass of disenchanted Americans abamdoned the two major parties and registered with the Constitution Party the corrupt Republican and Democratic Parties wpi;d become irrelevant.

    Direct Election of Senators

Roger Sherman's proposal broke the deadlock between the large and small states when he proposed a bicameral legislature with one house to represent the states and a second house to represent the people.

This great compromise provided for equal representation of the states in the senate and proportional representation of the people in the House. This model created a combination of checks and balances and a separation of powers which would enable the government to function as it should,

The authors of the Constitution felt that the indirect election of senators was so important that they wrote into Article V an Amendment Protection Clause that prohibited Congress from proposing any amendment that would allow for the direct election of senators.

The clause reads "No state shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the senate without their consent", In order for an proposed amendment to be lawful ratified the unanimous consent of all of the 48 states would be necessary.

When 36 of the 48 states ratified the amendment the Secretary of State William Jennings Bryan declared it ratified even though it violated the provision found in Article V,

Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, Utah and Virginia have never ratified the amendment and the Constitutional right of these states to be represented in the senate has been taken from them,

    The Goal of Public Indoctrination

    'n.

An average American in their lifetime will spend over 40,000 hours in front of their television The billionaires use your television to control what you see, hear and believe.

How much better would we be if we read books instead of watching so much television?

The average American spends ar least 13 years and over  10,000 hours in classrooms where they are trained rather than educated.  We are taught to memorize and regurgitate instead of learning how to learn.

The easiest way to enslave a man is ti get him to believe things that are not true.

Those that blindly obey are easily enslaved and make wonderful soldiers.

    Florida is Under Represented

In 1960 Florida had a population of  4,900,000 and had 12 Congressional Districts representing an average of 408,333 constituents in each.

According to the 2020 census Florida now has a popu;ation population of  21,500,000 with 28 Congressional Districts with an average of 767,857,143 constituents.

If the number of representatives had grown at the same pace, we would have 52 districts today instead of 28 and would have 24 more electoral votes.

Oath to Defend the Bill of Rights

Every government official is required to take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the unied States and the Bill of Rights.

In order to defend these rights against the potential abuse of power by county, state and Federal agents. we must know oir rights befire we can expect our servants to honor their oath.

Violating one's oath pf office is a criminal offense and it is the repsonsibility of the people to hold the violators accountabble.

Every responsible citizen should know their rights and should file criminal complaints when their elected officials  violate their oath.

Government officials are expected to follow all lawful orders, but ,but must refuse to comply with directives that would caise them to violate the rights of the people they were elected  to serve. .

The primary job of the County Sheriff is not to enforce rules, regulations, codes, ordinances and statutes  it  is to enforce the first ten amendments to the Constitution.

There are extraordinary times in the course of human events when County Commissiones will be called upon to listen to the still small voice of God and summon the courage necessary to defy their superior state and/or federal magistrates.

If the leaders of Nazi Germany had follwed the example of the Henrew midwives and refused to follow the orders of their Pharoah,  tns of millions of lives would have been spared.

The President and/or Congress does not have the Condtitutional authority to require state and county officials to comply with Federal mandates that violate the rights of the people.

Los Angeles. Chicago and New York City should become their own states

Los Angeles County has a population of ten million, making it larger than 39 of the 50 states.

Cook County in Illinois the home of Chicago has a population that would make it the nation's 25th ;argest state.

The five boroughs a total of 42% of the states total population of 19 million residents and would make the city's population greater than that of 37 states.

LA County has 17 Congressional Districts and 17 electoral votes while entire state of Wyoming has just 1 District and 3 electoral votes.

Cook County has 7 Congressional Districts and the five boroughs of New York have 11 districts and 11 electoral votes.

There are over 3,143 counties in the United States and 435 Congressional Districts. The 3 largest counties have a combined population of 22 million and have 35 Congressional Representatives while the remaing 3,140

The Brookings Institution published a report on county-level results. The report showed that Biden won 477 counties, while Trump won497 counties. Results from dozens of counties were not finalized at the time, per Time magazine.

It is obvious that the election process favors the large metropolitan areas at the expense of the smaller rural communities. This is an example of the tyranny of the majority

In the Printz v United States the Supreme Court ruled in 1997 that the Federal government can not compel county sheriffs to enforce federal directives that imfringe on the right of the people to keep and bare arms.

Federal mandates assiciated with the Covid pandemic should be treated as suggestions, rather than laws. The County sheriff's duty is to honor their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The Sheriff should enforce just laws and refuse to comply with those that are not.

At the Trial at Nurenberg the Nazi war criminals claimed that they were not guilty because they were just following orders.

On Friday, July 19 at 2:00 former Sheriff Richard Mack, who was one of the two county Sheriffs to challenge President Clinton's directive regarding the implementation of the Brady Bill will be making a presentation at the Live Oak City Hall.

In the United States the states are sovereign and the Federal government was created to servr the states and to protect the rights of the people in order to secure the blessings of liberty. The ultimate responsibility of a just government is to promote liberty, equality, and justice.

The Federal government was created by the consent of the states with a short list of delegated powers and retained all powers not enumerated to themselves.

All laws passed by Congress are merely suggestions for the governments of the states to consider. As the sovereign, the states have the authority to accept or reject Federal legislation.

The Reoublican and Democratic Parties have become instruments in the hands of tyrants to enslave the people and steal our wealth.

The billionaires and Wall Street corporations invest millions of dollats to elect candidates who will spend money that we don't have on things we don't need and can't afford. In return for their generpsity, theit hand picked puppets grant them billions of dollars in tax breaks and subsidies,

Choosing one party over the other is like choosing to lace your Kool Aid with Cyanide or Arsenic. The time has come for those voters who believe in the principles of liberty and a limited government need to abandon the two major parties and join the Constitution Party.

By voting for republicans and democrats you are allowing agents of the financial elite to violate your rights and steal your property.
