If you were the owner of a business would you expect your employees to faithfully do their jobs?

Would you allow your employees to decide how much you would need to pay them for their service?

If you had an employee who was caught embezzling from your company would you terminate him or would you allow his fellow employees to discipline him?

Congressmen are employees of the people and should be treated like any other employee. The employee contract for government officials is called the Constitution and each is required to take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. Violating this oath should be grounds for the termination of their employment.
