Less Government Requires More Responsibility

In order to shrink the size and scope of the Federal government, we as individuals need to more responsibility. In order for us to control our government we need to supervise those we have elected to serve us.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of people are lazy and would rather have a benevolent dictator to  take care of them.

Far too many  people would rather harvest the fruits of another man's labor than get off the couch and earn what they deserve.

To be truly free , we must be responsible. The rewards you earn in life are directly proportional to your utilization of your time, talent and effort.

If we don't govern he government, the government will govern us. Those we elect to serve us are to be our servants and it is our responsibility to hold them accountable. If we are negligent and allow them to violate the Constitution, we have no one to blame, but ourselves.

The government was created to provide the maximum amount of liberty and can only do so when the people take maximum responsibility. If we fail to be eternally vigilant our elected officials will take advantage of us and exploit us for their personal benefit. Trusting a politician is like trusting a rattlesnake, if you are not careful you are going to get bit.
