The Founding Fathers beleived that a system of Checks and Balances was absolutely necessary in order to prevent the abuse of power by any one of the three branches of the Federal government.

They granted to the President the power to veto proposed Congressional legislation and gave Congress the power to over ride the President's veto.

The  Judicial Branch which was created to be the weakest branch has beccome the most powerful because the nine politically appointed lawyers, who are unelected and unaccountable make their decisons based on their personal opinons rather than the principles upon which  our nation was founded.

When the Supreme Court issues an opinion that three fifths of the members of both houses believe ot is unconstitutopnal they should have the authority to reject the opinion.

As it is today the President can check the power of Congress and Congress can check the power of the President, but who has the power to check the abuse of power by the Supreme Court?

All legislative power is vested in the legislatire and hte Sipreme Court is limited to issuing opinions.

All Supreme Court opinions could and should be subject to review and if three fifths of the members of both houses believe that the opinion violstes the original intent of our founding fathers.
