Foreign born individuals that have entered tthe United States illegally are guilty of a misdemeanor that carries with it potential penalties such as fines, imprisionment and in some cases deportation.
Any person suspected of having entered the United States illegally iwill be summoned to appear in an Immigration Court to determine their guilt or innocence. All people living in the United States regardless of the immigration status are guaranteed the equal protection of the law guaranteed to them in the 14th Amendment.
The immigrants that are not authorized to be Legal Permanent Residents that are found guilty in a Court of Law are subject to fines, imprisionment and in some case depenportation.
The vast majority of undocumented immigrants have lived in the United States for more than ten years and have obeyed our laws, paid State and Federal taxes and been prodictive members of society.

Public Schools have had to spend extra money for ESL English as a second language
Our hospitals are busy with illegals who don't go to a doctors office but instead use our emergency rooms as their general practitioners - paying taxes not withstanding..
