The creator is always greater than the created. Representatives of the people created the Constitution which created Congress. The people were the creators and the government was the creation.

In 1868 Congress proposed the 14th Amendment and it was fraudulently ratified by the states. This Constitutional amendment allowed Congress to create a new class of people known as citizens of the United States.

The people were the creators of the federal government and the federal government was the creator of the 14th Amendment citizens. The people are greater than that which they created and the government is greater than the 14th Amendment citizens that they created..
