Defining what is a religion is like trying to defjne the meaning of life.A religion is a system of beliefs that attempts to answer that very importamt question.

A religion is a philosophy that governs human behavior that is based on  a seyt of ethical core values and unchanging principles.

Followers of a particular religion are expected to adhere moral code of behavipr that promotes liberty, equality and justice.  A sound religion must promote peace, prosperity and freedom.
