Abraham was a descendant of Shem who was the eldest son of Noah. All of the descendants of Abraham's son Isaac and Ishmael are Semites. Anti Semite inccludes all of the people who are hostile to the sons and daughters of Abraham's grandson Jacob.

Mohammed, the founder of Islam and the Arab nations trace their lineage to Abraham and his son Ishmael.,

In other words those hostile to the House of Israel and/or the Arab nations is Anti Semetic.
