A citizen is an imdivudual that is a subject go a higher earthly authority.

A person that is a citizen of the UNITED STATES is subject to the jurisdiction of corporation created by Congress in 1871.

All persons born or residing in the District of Columbia or who is employed by the Federal government is citizen of the UNITED STATES as well as anyone else that volunteers to become a citizen.

Individuals become citizens when they vote, pay income taxes or obtain a driver's license.

When you were born your parents certified that you were a citizen provided the government with evidence that you are in fact subject to their jurisdiction.

You are either a sovereign with God given rights or a citizen with privileges granted to you by government.
