We Need a Super Majority

To guarantee that the innocnet are not convicted of a crime thet didn't commit a jury of 12 must unanimously agree to determine the guilt or innocence of a person accused of a crime,

Ubder the Articles of Confederation for a law to be bassed it needed the support of 9 out of the 13 states and it rook the unanimous support of all 13 states to amend the Constitution.

.Since Congress first convned in 1788 Congress has passide over 30,000 bills and/or resolutions and only a simple majority of the Congressmen voted foe them. Most of these Federal Laws not written to protect the rights of the people, they were written to control the people.

Congress has the Constitutional authority to require all legislation to be approved by a super majority.of three fourth of the states.

In order to have a limited government we need reuce the quantity of ligislation an by requirung the approval of at least three fourths of the U.S. Senators.
