We Need a Super Majority

To guarantee that the innocnet are not convicted of a crime thet didn't commit a jury of 12 must agree on their guilt or innocence

Under the Articles of Confederaion all legislation needed the approval of a 9 of the 13 states. Having a super majority would reduce the amount of frivilous and uncomstitutional legislation.

Since Congress first convned in 1788 Congress has passide over 30,000 bills and/or resolutions and only a simple majority of the Congressmen voted foe them.

Congress has the Constitutional authority to require all legislation to be approved by a super majority.

In order to have a limited government we need reuce the quantity of ligislation an by requirung the approval of at least three fifth of Congress would be a great idea.
