All legislative power was granted to Congress and no lehislative power was granted to the President or the Supreme Court.

All powers not delegated to the Federal government that are not prohibited to the states ae reserved to the states and the people.

Because the power to determine what is and what is not Constitutional was not delegated to the Supreme Court, it stands to reason that ot is must be a power reserved to the states and the people.

The states and the people should se the ones to determine the Constitutionality of all proposed Congressional legislation. Therer are 7,386 represntatives of the people wjo have been elected by the people to represent the best interests of the state.

It should be the job of over 7,000 elected re[resentatives to determine whether a law is constitutional or not.

Trusting nine politically appointed lawyers who are both unelected and unaccountable is a serious mistake. Today the Supreme Court Justices are  partisan politicians that serve the interest of the Wall Street bankers and corporations.
