The Constitution was written by by a oligarchy of rich white men that claimed to represent the people at large, , but were far more concerned about preserving their own pwesoal wealth, power and prestice.

The word in the Constituion speak of liberty, equality and jusice, but how much liberty,  equality and justice  can be found in th United States today.

Accoeding to th Preamle the purpose of the Constitution was to create a more perfect union, establish justice and indure domestic tranquility. and provode for oue Common Defense.

How well have the stated goals of the Preamlbe been realized.

To take another person's life is a crime because it violate the first principle of Natural Law. To enslave someone is a crime beause it robs them of theor Natural Right to be Free  and take another person's property is theft.

The Constitution justified slavery by assuming that not all men were entitled to equal treatment under the law and that some people were to be considered property. Slaves were considered to be human livstock.

The Constitution did not consider that man and woem were equal. Initially woem could ot vote, hold an elecive office, serve on a jory

Declasration of Indepence , we were born with the right to Life, Liberty and the right to Prrsue Happines. The ratification of the 17th Amendment converted our bicameral legislature into a unicameral legislature with two houses representing just one constituency.

As a result, the the states lost their sovereignty and our Constitutional Republic becmae a de facto Democracy, where the rule of law was replaced by a mob of corrupot  hundeds million of s replacrd by the will a mob of corrupt politicians andmillions of ignorant voters.

The senate has  became a second version of the House of Representative and our God given rights have become privileges granted to us by the legislatures of men

Our Congressmen and women all took an oah to preserve, protect our lives, liberty and property and not ot use it to bennefit few at the expense of the many.

Since March 4, 1789 Congress has passed over 30,000 Federal Laws  and creaed a National Debt of over 38 trillion dollars. The Constitution was supposedly writeen to promote Peace, Prosperity and Freedom  and every time a new time Congress passes a new Federal La we he less freedom and higher taxes.

The states agreed to create a National government with limited power to prevent the potential abuse of power by overnment officials. They granted Congress a power to collect taxes for only three purposes. The first was to pay our debts, provide for our Common Defense and to promote for the Genreal Welfare.

Th states, granted to Congress the power to tax the states  but not give Congree the authority to tax the people directly.

In 1895 the Supreme Court declared the federal income tax unconstitutional in the 1895 case of Pollock v. Farmers' Loan & Trust Co. because it was a "direct tax" that was not apportioned among the states based on population, as required by Article I, Section 9 of the Constitution. This ruling was later overturned by the 16th Amendment in 1913, which specifically granted Congress the power to levy an income tax without apportionment.

In 1895 the U.S. Supreme Court Ruled that the i,position of a Federal Incom eTax was Unconstitutional.
