Do you believe that all of the people in all of the states should be equally represented in the House of Representatives?

Should the voice of the 578,759 living in Wyoming count the same as the  1.069 million people living in Montana in 2019?

There are 490,241 people in Montana that are not being counted for the purpose of apportionment in the House of Representatives.   In order for every state to be equally represented., every district must be the same size.

If Florida and Wyoming were equally represented, Florida would be entitled to 9 more  Congressional Representatives. Wit a population of 21.248 million there are  a total of 5,621,577 people that are not being  counted for the purpose of apportionment in the House of Representatives.

If California and Wyoming were equally represented, California would have 12 additional representatives. If every Congressional District was the same size as the one in Wyoming the number of Congressional Representatives would need to increase from  438 to 567.
