Every state would be equally apportioned with one repreentaative for every 30,000 ihabitants. If you divide the total U.S. population of 330 million people by 30,000 you will see that for the people were properly represented we would have 11,000 Congressional represtatives
It was the intent of the Constitution be provode the states with proportional representation in the House oRepresentatives.
The fact that Wyomings has one representative for 576,000 people whilethe other 49 states averahe one representative for every 750,000 residents clearly violates the inrent of the Constitution.
