The Supreme Court consists od 9  unelected, uaccountable career politicians. nominated by a President and comformed by a simple majority of U.S. Senators.

The rulings of the court are not laws, theey are merely the opinions of the majority of a panel of a panel of 9 partisan politicians.

Contrary to what most people beleieve the Justices are not appointed to serve for life,, they are appointed to serve during periods of good behavior.

When render decisions that conflict witht the Constitution they violate theor oath and the Supreme Law of Land and  are guilty of an impeacable crime.

In over 200 years there have been104 Supreme Court Justice and only1 was ever impreaached. In 1803 Samuel Chase was accused of engaging in partisan politics was impeached, bu tth senate did not remove him from ofice.

The Justices in the Dred Scott decision, the Plessy v Ferguson Case and Koramatsu v the Unted States should have been impeached for their disgraceful opinions on these landmark cases.

The legislatures of a minimum of two thirds of the states should have a right to over rule a Supeme Decision
