If the 535 Presidential Electors were allowed to vote their conscience rather than voting for winner of their state popularity contest, Joe Biden would never had been elected,

The state of Pennsylvania has 67 counties and 18 Congressional Districts, Trump received 3,377,674 votes compared to Biden's 3,458,229. Biden received all 20 of Pennsylvania's electoral votes,

In order to repair the damage we need to:

Reduce the size of Congressional Districts not to exceed 300,000

Require that size of all Congressional Districts be equal.

Require that every Congressional District to have their own Presidential Elector chosen by the people.
