Contrary to what you mat bekeive the Supreme Court Justces are appointe for life, accordinf to the Constititon they serve during periods of good behavior.

It is a well established fact that power corrupts and this fact is evident when we look at the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is a panel of nine unelected and unaccountable lawyers who have assumed power to determine whch laws are Constitutional and which ones ae not. The power of Judicial Review was not a power delegated to the Supreme Court in Article III

Article III of the Constitution defines the roles and responsibilities of the Supreme Court. The court was not given the authority to interpret the Constitution, it was given the settling disputes.

Children do not have the authority to interpret the rules established by their parents and the government was created by the states and the states should be the final arbiter of what is and what is not Constitutional.

Allowing the court to interpret the Constitution gives them the ability to amend the Constitution without going through the amendment process.

The Constitution says what it says and means what it meant when it was ratified by the states in 1788. The Constitution can only be lawfully amendment by the approval of two-thirds of the members of Congress and the approval of three-fourths of the states. that violate the Constitution has turned the court into a partisan panel of nine unelected and unaccountable lawyers.

When the Supreme renders a decision it is the opinion of nine unelected and unaccountable lawyers. The final arbiter of the Constitution should be made by the legislatures of the states. If two-thirds of states believe that a federal law is unconstitutional it should be nullified.

The Tenth Amendment clearly mandates that any power not granted to government  of the United States or any of its agencies is a right reserved to the states or to the people.

Trusting a panel  of nine politically appointed lawyers with the authority to decide what is and what is not Constitutional concentrates far too much power in to the hands of a few.

According to the Tenth Amendment all powers that are not delegated to the government that are not prohited to the states are reserved to the states and the people.  This amendment clearly assigns the power to determine what is and what is not Constitutional to the states and to the people.
