Societies governed by a single individual, a few individuals or by mnay people the reslts  always lead to tyranny.

Throughout history Monarchies, evolve into  Aristicracies and Aristocracies evolve Oligarchies and Oligarhies become Democracies. Eventually Democracies give rise to anarchy and then the cycle repeats itself.

In orderfor liberty, equality and justice to survuive in a country the individuals that violate the rights of others must be punished . When a government rewards criminals for violatig the God given rights of their fellow citizens that society is domed to fail

The founfing fathers created a mixed Constitution in order to combine the advantages of monarchies, aristocracies and democracies to prevent tyranny. They wanted their new government to be strong enough to protect the rights of the people , but not enough power to threaten the lives, liberty or property of the people.

The original thirteen Englich colonies were governed by a King and a class of wealthy Aristocrats. Due to their abuse the colonists rebelled and attempted to createa new oligarchy on North America.

The American version of the Brisish oligarchy consisted of rich white Christians  men that owned virtually all ofthe land and  millions of woemn, poor tenant farmers. slaves  indentured servants, and the  Native Americans.

Thhe govenrment under the Articles of Confederation failed to  the Constitutioin created a more perfect union for the wealthy white men and  potential hell on earth for everyine else.
