The Legislative Process

Laws that are written by the lobbyist for the Wall Street Bankers and Corporations for Congressional Representative always benefit those who write the laws at the expense of the people. Legislation introduced by the financial elite will always benefit the ruling class. The laws passed by Congress should promote equality, justice and individual liberty.

It is not the job of Congress to pass laws that benefit some of the people. Laws defending the rights of he people are just while laws which benefit some and harm others are unconstitutional.

A law which takes from the productive member of society to feed unproductive members of society is not charity, it is a form of legalized plunder.

The job  of a Congressman is to  protect the lives, liberty and property of his constituents. It is not his job to write laws to benefit some of his constituents at the expense of others. Laws which are unjust sow the seeds of injustice, inequality and the loss of liberty.
