The primary job of the representatives in your state legislature is not what you think. Their job is preserve, protect and defend the lives, liberty and property of the people by preventing the abuse of power by the National government.
As our representatives it is their responsibility to compel their U.S. Senator their U.S. Senator to honor their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.
Rather than writing new laws and raising taxes, the state representatives should focus on protecting our rights rather than controlling our lives.
State Representatives should be well informed on all proposed Federal Legislation and should instruct their U.S. Senators on how to vote on these issues.
The state legislatures should pass no law that benefits some of the people at the expense of others and should remember that it is their job to hold the National government accountable.
