The Constitution only allows the government of the United Srates to tax the people to pay the debts, provide for the common defense and promote the General Welfare.

The earth was created by God and we are tenants on the land he created. Property is not the land, it is the improvemnts which we make to God's property. The houses and barns we build is our property as well as the cultivated fields and orchards,

All land within the county belongs to God, but it is collectively managed by the residents of the county. The county is resposnibility to rent land to the people to till the soil and take care of it. . Every individual or family may rent as much land as they wish and will pay rent based on the assessed value of the land

Individuals renting small parcels of land will pay a nominal rent, while individuals choosing to possess  large tracts of land will pay a much lager rent.

All of the rent collected will be used by the county for the betterment of the entire community with  a portion of revenue collected being shared equally with all of the people in the community..

This land rent would replace all forms of taxation which would greatly increase everyone's disposable income .

This land rent would make individuls and families both  landlords and tenants, as each would pay rent and would and would receive a basic monthly stipend of 1,000 dollars.

This plan would repalce all other forms of taxation and  create a safety net and would provide free health care for everyone.

Parents would be responsible pay for the educattion od their children, but would be reimbursed for all  of the tuition they paid up to the date of the child's graduation.
