The Constitution is a Glorified Hood Ornament

I am sorry to say that the Constitution written back in 1787 has become nothing more than a glorified governmental hood ornament. Many of the fundamental principles upon which our nation was founded have long since been forgotten by those who have sworn an oath to preserve them.

When we continue to elect unethical men and women to represent us we are ultimately responsible for their behavior. The expression "Garbage In, Garbage Out" certainly applies to Congress.

The document that was supposed to protect us from a tyrannical government has been failed to protect our rights because we failed to defend it.

It is impossible for the people to  defend the Constitution until they know and understand the principles upon which is was written. Our schools teach the students that our country is a democracy and good students always do what they are told,

Our government has become a gigantic crime syndicate that exploits the many for the benefit of the few. When crooked lawyers write the laws for the Wall Street Bankers and Corporations the people become perpetual debt slaves

The Constitution that was supposedly written to protect us from tyranny has become the instrument in the hands of the financial elite to enslave us.

I believe that the Constitution is dead and buried and is only a distant memory in the hearts and minds of men and women who yearn to be free.

Thomas Jefferson suggested that when a government becomes tyrannical it is the right and duty of the people to alter or abolish it. The billionaires and Wall Street Corporations have already abolished the organic Constitution of 1787. We are now be governed by a crime syndicate that is masquerading as a legitimate government.

sorry it took me so long Jack,

no I don't have a old constitution but the link I posted above has the information anybody need to prove the original 13th was on the books for 50 years and removed without an act of congress.. I don't have extra time so I hate extra work I hope you can get in...let me know if not.

All these people and constitutions can't profess the 13th without it being true.

Hi Diane,

I was just into this tonight. In Ohio the General Assembly gave control of court records to the Ohio Supreme Court to decide what records they want to be public or not. This was first posted in 2011 in the ohio Sunshine laws. So the courts have control to decide what they want to be public record. Isn't that like the fox guarding the foxes robbing the chicken house?

you can be sure that decision will never happen again...... silence is golden for them. This is the only time in Ohio history this has happened. 

There is WAY more to this story and it has to do with the columbus lawyer who was found guilty of sex crimes last summer who is in prison and was involved in my cases. He wrote a Habeas Corpus but they are blocking it online. I have to do more digging.

I agree with what you say. Although this is why I sent ti to you because it should still be posted at least it is a win and when it is CLEAR cut they really don't have a right to deny especially when I had a lawyer. If you notice my lawyer got his fees which is a HUGE shocker and it did travel thru the legal air waves. they were really pissed about that. My lawyer didn't really argue for my fees he just wanted to make sure he got his. Brady knew exactly what he was doing. This was the SECOND psych eval and the first he gave us with no problem so why is the second one a problem???? Because Dad couldn't answer ANYTHING. It was obvious it showed Dad was incompetent but over a year later Brady ruled Dad was ok/competent when he wasn't handling any of his affairs. It is all about the outcome THEY want.
