A conservative Supreme Court Judge considers the Constitution to be a contract between the states and the government. Like any other contract the terms are of the contract are well defined and can not be changed without the mutual consent of the parties involved.

A libertal  Supreme Court Justice believes that the Constitution is more of a suggestion and that the government can change the terms of the agreement if they collectively think that it would be a good idea,

Conservative Judges bekieve thqt the representatives of the states created the government and they delegated to the government a short list of well defined powers to limit the goverrnment's capacity to exceed its Constitutional authority.

It was the responsibility of the states to hold the government accoutable . The  government offiicials to required to take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.

The Conservative Judge believes that all men are created equal and were endowed with  their Creator with a set of unalienable rights. Liberal Justices believe that men are granted privilages from the government.

The liberal Supreme Court Justice believes that the government has the authoirty to do whatever they collectively feel is necessary and proper,  even when it is necessary to sacrifice the rights of some of the people to benefit others.

The Conservative believes that a man should be able to harvest the fruits of his labor while the Liberal believes that redistributing the wealth of productive individuals to support the unproductive members of society is a compassionate thing to do.

A conservative believes that the only way to change the Constitution is to amend it through the Artucle V process. Liberals believe that cnanges can be made ignoring or misinterpreting the Constitution.

The Supreme Court Justrces should be select based on their knowledge and understanding of the Constitution not their party affiliation or politiaal ideology.

If you believe that the Constitution should be obeyed and enforeced you should support the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.  If you believe that confirmating a man committed to defending the Constitution is a bad idea you should oppose his confirmation.

If you believe that what I have written is true and you want to support the Constitution Club.
